We stayed for two nights and the room was absolutely perfect. Paolo contacted us over WhatsApp to talk us through the self check-in process and his instructions were clear and easy to follow. He was proactive in communicating with us throughout our stay to make sure we were okay and that we had everything we needed. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the location was excellent for us. It was easy to get to from the airport/train station and close to a lot of the places we wanted to visit in town. We would highly recommend staying here, and if ever we find ourselves back in Napoli we will be checking to see if it's available.

Air conditioning, clean, location, helpful and friendly staff, amenities. Exactly as advertised.

Breakfast doesn’t start being served until 08:30 - this isn’t a fault of the property, as this is a partnership deal, however, this is slightly inconvenient for day trips and travel days, as you either have to start late or skip it entirely.

It was a great location to Naples and great host and nice place to stay.

Very noisy with road traffic but that actually was my own fault as I left the window open.

Great location, close to the train station and the port as well as getting in to the main tourist areas. Despite being on the main road, the room was very quiet. Air conditioning was great in the heat.
