Very nice room with balcony in quiet street. Breakfast was good and girl at reception was so nice and helpful.

Great location and comfortable hosting, we enjoyed the spacious rooms and easy breakfast. Everything was easy to reach and check-in/out was also quick and easily handled.

The lady at breakfast was nice. The price is quite reasonable.

If you end up in room number 101, I suggest simply changing the place. We asked to change rooms and were told that it wasn’t possible at the time of our arrival, but they would see what could be done the next day. The following day, the receptionist said they were fully booked for a moment but would let us know next day in the morning if a change was possible. She never got back to us and we never saw her again. It seems they simply couldn’t be bothered to deal with it. Room issues: - Every morning (starting from 7:30) you can hear loud noises from the breakfast room right across the hall. - Water pressure in the shower is basically non-existent. - For the last two days, there was no warm water at all, hot water wasn't there for the entire time. - There was a black stain in the middle of the bed sheets. - One day, we found our toiletry bag (with toothbrush, face products, etc.) placed IN THE BIDET by the cleaning staff. - Clean towels were left on the toilet seat. (so hygiene is not a big concern for them) - The lady at breakfast said we’re not the first ones to complain about the nosie in the 101 room. To summarise, it was a very unprofessional approach for the hospitality industry.
