Excellent property!

This is a lovely property. It is very clean and well maintained. Our family had 2 units, a hotel room and a condo. Both were great and that setup worked very well for us. We enjoyed the breakfast, there was something for everyone, even our picky eaters. The staff are so helpful, and the front desk staff recommended some excellent restaurants in La Crucecita.

It would be nice if there was a beach within walking distance that had chairs and a restaurant.

No small coffee pot, and no rerigerator. I was really hoping hoping for a small fridge, as I bought some things in a cooler hoping to transfer them, but I couldn’t.

It’s like staying in a sauna.

The pictures are a great marketing tool. It does look the same, however the AC did not work in the room nor did the bathroom extractor, it was horrible trying to shower , the water was extremely hot and we had no cold water!!! It was like we couldn’t escape the heat. The shampoo and conditioner were runny, they only had 2 cups in the room for the 5 of us. The breakfast: coffee was actually really good and the fruit. The pancakes tasted frozen, and the beans were watery. The best part of the hotel was the pool. I would never recommend someone stay here.

There’s no AC!!!! Bathrooms inside the room are hot, musty and floors get all wet. No black out curtains. Not enough cups for everyone and none at the front desk, no fans provided even though the AC wasn’t working but the staff did have one on in the lobby.

Hotel 4 estrellas ¿con hormigas?

Lo único bueno de este hotel fue la comida.

Sólo perdí mi dinero. En la habitación num. 5 había unas hormiguitas de esas pequeñísimas pero bien molestas. Desde la mañana del segundo día pedí cancelar las 4 noches que quedaban pero nomás se echaron la bolita entre la agencia y el hotel sin resolverme nada.

En general todo muy bien, mis hijos amaron la alberca. El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación con comercios y vialidades principales cerca. Nos hospedamos en una suite, muy espaciosa, el clima y ventilación funcionaba perfecto. Las camas de muy buen tamaño y cómodas. Muy bien equipada el área de la cocina q tenía la habitación. La atención de el personal muy buena, todos muy atentos y serviciales. El desayuno a pesar de ser sencillo no estuvo mal, la verdad es q la pasamos bastante bien.

Solo mejorar un poco el tema de el servicio de el desayuno. No era malo, solo tratar de encontrar opciones para agilizarlo un poco más. Y el tema de el estacionamiento, ya q no cuenta con un espacio propio, te tienes q estacionar sobre la calle donde encuentres un espacio.

Me gustaron mucho las albercas, son muy cómodas, no se llena tanto y están limpias y a buena temperatura. También la habitación me gustó mucho, es muuuuy cómoda, amplia y limpia. El desayuno también es muy bueno, excelente porción y sazón muy rico.

La zona es tranquila, pero no hay acceso público a la playa, hay que ir en taxi a Santa Cruz por unos $80-100

Altamente recomendable

El personal, en general muy amables, muy atentos, lo hacen sentir a uno en casa. Definitivamente voy a regresar. EL lugar tiene una escenografia natural 2 piscinas hermosas una con bar, y una cascada que lucen espectacular, el teamaño de la habitacion enorme. Muy comoda muy limpia. Ademas nos recomiendan actividades que son de calidad y a buen precio.

Que le falta un parqueo, pero la call donde se queda el vehiculo esta muy tranquila y muy vigilada. TODO EXCELENTE.

La nueva área de alberca

La alberca pequeña tenía muchos insectos muertos debido a que estaban limpiando lo que era antes u restaurante y el agua que botaba de la manguera a presión ensucio la alberca, también es un poco peligrosa la cabecera de piedra, en lo personal me pegue 2 veces en la cabeza, como adorno muy bonito pero en la práctica es peligroso
