LA NONETE 1 - Sea View Apartment

Our ten day stay at La Nonete 1 was fantastic. The view of the Mediterranean from the balcony was mesmerizing and an ideal place for having our meals. The kitchen, while small, was well equipped with everything needed. The formal dining room with its French doors to the side balcony was also a beautiful place to take meals; there was also a living room with a small sofa and a few side chairs for tv viewing. There were two bedrooms one with an en-suite large bathroom and one bedroom (with sea views) that had a small bathroom down the hall. The beds were all very comfortable with lovely linens and ample towels. The WiFi reached all the rooms with good reception. There was always quick communication with the owner or property manager and we were warmly welcomed on our arrival. The apartment was beautiful with colorful mosaic floors and art and furniture from its Art Deco past. It was a real treat to be able to stay in lovely La Nonete 1.Buses into Nice and elsewhere are just at the top of the hill and there are plenty of restaurants along the sea walk. It was a challenge for taxis and Ubers to find the “chemin privé,” but I found that saying we were near the Hotel Versailles helped. If you’re looking for something out of the ordinary and want to relax by the sea (or pool), then this is the place for you!

We absolutely loved our stay and felt so welcomed by both Henda, and her friend, Sophie, who handled our check-in. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else on the Cote d’Azure.

We had the most wonderful stay at Hendas house. Everything was perfect and even better than we could hope for. Have been in Villefranche many times but never in a beautiful house and view as this. We hope to rent many times again in the future.
