FEEL HOME - SAFRANETTE

Fabulous Views - it is exactly as the photos show. Incredible vista. It is well equipped.

The property is very small. Living room kitchen all one. Yes you can open the sliding doors out to the balcony but it is still a very small and cramped space. The one place to sit is a sofa bed and it’s not very comfortable. The bedroom is also very small and the “double bed” is v small. My feet were out the end (and I’m 5 ft 10) and is very narrow for a double. Separate bathroom and toilet, the latter you practically need to open the door to… anyway it’s tiny. That then brings me to cleanliness - or more accurately, lack of. We arrived only to walk in on the shirtless, shoeless cleaner , who seemed to have just woken from a snooze, - can’t say exactly which room. We came back. The toilet bowl had not been thoroughly cleaned, and the place just felt - well unclean. Spilled a few drops of water on the floor in the kitchen and wiped it with kitchen roll and it came away black. Pots had not been cleaned. Parking. There is a parking space/garage in the basement and whereas the space (if empty) might fit a larger car it would have been impossible to manoeuvre our car (5 series) into it. Due to the tightness of walls down there and difficulty turning. And then the owners are using it for storage so there was no way of putting the car in there without worrying about it being damaged even if we could have manoeuvred into the space. We were able to park on the driveway, but in busy times that may be a problem. Maybe a small twingo or Clio might fit but a larger car no way. Finally, whilst communication was OK in advance of arrival, the one query I did send in after arriving was never answered. Location, it’s good for Villefranche but it’s a long climb back up from the harbour, 15/20 minutes of a gruelling climb.

Appartement très confortable et chaleureux, bien équipé, comme à la maison. Beaucoup de confort et d'esthétisme dans la décoration. Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et le village.

Le manque de confort du canapé lit du salon. Quelques éléments utiles manquants : four micro-ondes et poêle.

Appartement très agréable, mobilier fonctionnel, très beau et moderne, la vue de l’appartement est incroyable. Lit de la chambre très confortable! Très bon séjour!

Manque juste un petit micro-ondes et une passoire sinon la cuisine vraiment très bien équipée.

The view was exactly like the pictures, interior design was amazing.

Cleaning was very bad, the bed and sofa bed were not comfortable at all.
