- Master bedroom with Queen bed, walk-in closet and ensuite with walk-in shower with hand rails
- Two guest rooms one with queen bed and the other with a daybed with trundle
- Fully-equipped kitchen
- Eat-in kitchen and separate dining area
- Living room with plenty of seating
- Washer and dryer
- Large screened-in lanai with southern exposure
- Canal waterfront
- Garage with beach necessities, 3 adult bikes, and yard games
The space
There is plenty of green space to layout, play yard games, throw the ball around, or watch the wildlife swim in the canal. Plus, the home’s location provides the perfect nightly perch to take in Marco’s famed sunset-painted skies, and its proximity to many of Marco’s great amenities and beaches offers more than enough keep everyone entertained!
~The house comes with bicycles, lawn chairs, yard games , beach buggy and a gas grill.
No overnight parking of trailer and/or boat is permitted in the driveway or front of house per the Marco Island city ordinance. The city charges $500/day for any violation and monitors it closely. Any violations will be charged to the guest. Local storage is available in Goodland at two marinas for ~$10/day.6

This is a great house, clean, easy access around the corner to the beach. The block was quiet on this scenic canal.
House worked great for everyone…even our dog Mia.
