This beautifully renovated two bedroom (both with a balcony view of the beach), two full bath condo with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, living room with queen sleeper sofa, private heated pool with grills, personal covered parking space and laundry right on the nicest section of beach in not only Marco Island but all of Florida will soon become your favorite vacation or "work from home" spot. The condo interior has been fully redone with fabulous imported tile throughout, brand new kitchen and two bathrooms and all of the furnishings for you to enjoy ocean luxury at its finest.
You can easily walk or bike around the area to local restaurants and grocery stores, but having a car (or uber) to explore more of the island and neighboring Naples is ideal. Parking is free at the condo and you have both your own personal reserved spot as well as other overflow parking for your guests.
As a long-time vrbo owner, I fell in love with this beach on Marco Island while attending a work conference. I knew I just had to purchase a place and share it with others. This is unlike any other beach you have ever visited. The expansiveness of this incredibly clean and beautiful white-sanded beach is never crowded because of it's size and true magnificence. If you need anything, I'm just a phone call or text message away.
Since Marco Island is a destination that is enjoyed and loved by many, there are plenty of great shops and restaurants nearby and all throughout the island. Since it is close to Naples, we always enjoy treating ourselves to some of the finest restaurants in all of Florida, as well, while staying at the condo.
Many shops and restaurants and grocery stores are within a mile so walking is an option but having a car, bike, or uber driver to take you around the island or into nearby Naples is great too. Parking is free and you have both your own personal covered designated parking spot right near the front door of the condo and you have plenty of free overflow parking for your guests.
The condo association requires a one-month lease. Let me know if you need flexibility within your leased month to come and go for personal reasons so that I may let them know.

We had the pleasure of staying here for the month of March. It was a great experience. The building is so friendly but what made it even better was the unit. Everything had just been redone beautifully. The pictures tell it all. Wouldn’t change a thing. And it was equipped with everything you might need - even fishing poles and beach toys for kids. The owner was so welcoming and friendly and responded to our questions right away. Looking forward to next year!

A beautiful stay at the Tradewinds on the 8th floor. Upon entering this two bed two bath jewelry box we were blown away by the expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets filled each room with color every night while preparing dinner in the brand new state of the art kitchen, as we took our beverages out on the balcony. Both bedrooms had comfortable mattresses and the pullouts toppers to increase comfort. The bathrooms were completely redone as well and boasted the most beautiful blue tile and marble work I’ve seen! The pool was so much fun as we made good friends and swam laps with the other snow birds. We enjoyed walking on the beach everyday and used the beach chairs, umbrella that were provided n the unit. So many shells of every different variety. We were impressed by the way the owner stayed in contact with us to ensure we had the perfect stay as well. She even put little Christmas lights on the balconies for our family to enjoy! We used the grills in the community area that had thatched roof covered tables and chairs with a bonfire pit as well. As I’m a reader I really enjoyed the library on the property that was filled with a great variety of books and games! So many fabulous restaurants and activities always keeps us wanting to return.
We had great weather and cannot wait to plan our next vacation at Tradewinds! Thank you Janet from the bottom of our hearts for you hospitality!
