Beachy and cozy this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is centrally located and close to Mackle Park, the Historical museum, the YMCA and the Library. As you enter you will find the formal living area with lovely view out to the pool area and lanai. To your left you will find the kitchen (stainless steel appliances) open to the dining area which comfortably seats 6 and an additional table that seats 4 guest along with bar stoools along kitchen counter.
The family room has ample seating on the L shaped couch, to watch TV.. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom including his and hers sinks and a tub and shower combo shower. This spacious room also enjoys direct access to the lanai and pool. Situated on the opposite side of the home are two guest bedrooms which both enjoy a queen-size bed and a set of twins respectively. They share a bathroom also with a tub and shower combo. We absolutely loved this house. The neighborhood is perfect, neighbors are kind and pleasant. It is so quiet and peaceful on Marco Island. Wonderful restaurants, and fun attractions. We would 100% stay again. The house is perfect, the pictures really do not do it justice.

We were very disappointed that all the bikes had flat tires. Other than that the house was comfortable and the host very reachable.

The house needed a deep clean. It smelled musty upon opening the door and there was a visible layer of dust on all the ceiling fans. The pool heater was broken and was too cold to swim in. The home could be something special but needs some TLC.
