Relax in the newly renovated 2-bedroom 2-bathroom beachfront condo on the second floor with spacious 36-foot balcony facing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the breathtaking, panoramic sunsets 365 days a year. Access the balcony is afforded from each bedroom and the living room through new hurricane-proof floor-to-ceiling sliders. Stunning views up and down the beach are afforded from each room.
The kitchen was renovated in 2021 along with new rugs in the bedrooms.
Enjoy preparing your favorite meal, dining al fresco on the balcony and relishing the spectacular sunset. The unit was smartly designed with each bedroom flaking either side of the living room. This layout maximizes privacy whether traveling as a family or with another couple. The unit is provided with wifi and a high-speed fiber optic internet connection. There is cable TV in each bedroom and the living room. Each bedroom has a private bathroom.
The unit comes with a dedicated, covered parking space along with bicycle storage.
The Admiralty House boasts of many desirable outdoor amenities including a newly renovated deck (May 2021) around a 30-foot by 60-foot heated swimming pool; numerous chairs, lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas; gas barbeque grills; Tiki Huts; and, of course, convenient access to the white sand beach.
The Admiralty House staff is courteous and helpful and can offer advice on where to get a great meal nearby, where to rent a boat or bike or where to take that long walk. The grounds, both inside and out of the Admiralty House, convey a serene, tranquil atmosphere. The building is proximate to top restaurants, shopping and houses of worship.
