Enjoy the incredible views of this fully renovated unit. You'll be spoiled by the direct views of the Gulf, panoramic views up and down the beach and stunning sunsets each night from nearly every room as well as the long balcony that runs the full length of the unit. The living room and both bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows/doors flooding the unit with natural light and offering views up and down the entire beach as well as access to the private balcony. The kitchen has been fully renovated and expanded. New ceiling lighting has been added throughout the kitchen, dining and living room areas and tiled to compliment a new fresh and clean design. The bedrooms are located on either side of the living room for greater privacy, and each has its own bathroom. The unit has free dedicated fiber optic internet for the highest speed internet and on demand cable TV can be viewed on the 50-inch 4K TV. Each bedroom also has a TVs and cable.
Contemporary elegance and friendly security staff greet you in the lobby at Admiralty House. There are only six units per floor, so you don't have to worry about long waits for the elevator. There are two commercial bbq grills available, along with large social room where various social activities take place.
Feeling active? How about a round of tennis at the private tennis courts or take advantage of the private beach access for a long walk. Interested in a slower pace? Why not grab a book from the library and head out to the shade of the Chickee hut sun deck or lounge in the sun around the pool, the largest condo pool on the beach at 60 x 30 feet. The pool is hands down the nicest pool on the beach. Whether you plan to do laps or just lounge poolside on the new furniture gazing out at the Gulf, you won't be disappointed. Everything has been thought of including beach chair lockers, so you don't have carry your chairs out to the beach each day.
The unit also has a dedicated covered parking space and there are bike racks. The building is conveniently located, and you will be within walking distance of some of the top-rated restaurants on the island as well as other shops.

The property is truly fantastic! The kitchen is well stocked, and the outside furniture is perfect and versatile. The condo has the BEST sunset views on the island!
Deborah is the best- thorough, attentive, and easy!

Deborah was a great host. Her unit was very clean & had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The grounds and pool are beautiful immaculately cared for. The view from our unit was absolutely breathtaking. Sunsets from the balcony were incredible and we got to hear Taps played every night at sunset. We would highly recommend staying at Deborah’s unit.

Five Stars all around! We lucked into a last-minute cancellation at Deborah’s beautiful condo on the north beach of Marco Island. Deborah went above, and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered promptly. She even honored our request to have a recliner chair with arms placed in the condo for my mom who has mobility issues and needed the armrests to stand up. The condo was exceptionally clean and had everything that you needed for a relaxing stay on the island. The pool is beautiful during the day and even at night time! The sunsets were all gorgeous and if you listened carefully, you could hear Taps being playing off in the distance. Conveniently located near pharmacies, restaurants, shopping centers and grocery stores. Highly recommend the grouper sandwich on garlic bread at the Crazy Flamingo! Also, worth mentioning all the people at the Admirality House Condos were welcoming and informative, especially Tom and Joseph on the front desk! The covered parking spot kept our car cool in the Florida sun and there was even a free car wash on site. Thank you Deborah for a lovely vacation! We hope we can return someday soon!
