Inside there is plenty of space to spread out and get comfy in this spacious 2 story home. The primary suite offers a king bed, just steps away from the pool deck. The 3 guest rooms feature queen beds, dressers and plenty of closet space. The home includes high-speed WIFI, AC, washer/dryer, and hair dryers in every bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped for entertaining, and has all modern appliances. The 2nd story features a game room with a bar and pool table, and an additional large bedroom with a beautiful water view. Lastly, although this is a pet free home, for guests with service animals, please submit your pet's certificate during the booking process, and note that there is an additional cleaning fee. For safety and liability reasons the garage and boat dock are not included in the rental, we appreciate your understanding. There were three couples in our party. We were all very happy with the accommodations and enjoyed all the amenities. It was the perfect place to just relax and talk and catch up with each other lives. We all loved the pool area, we enjoyed floating in the pool and watching sports on the lanai tv. One evening as we relaxed in the pool we could see Dolphins feeding in the canal, it was so special! The home was very clean and provided everything we could have needed. The over all experience exceeded our expectations, I would definitely recommend this home for your next vacation!

We absolutely loved this house! It had everything we needed, even down to small things that you don't thing of until you are there. It truly felt like the owners thought of everything. It was super clean, stocked well with towels/linens/extra pillows. We cooked several meals and the kitchen had what we needed to make a variety of items. The pool/patio area was perfect. We had 6 adults and we spent a ton of time out there. Both tables outside fit 6 people, the chaise lounge chair was so comfy and got used a ton, and then there are extra chairs on the dock as well that we used a lot. It's walking distance to a lot of great restaurants, Starbucks, a grocery store, and shopping. We have friends that live on Marco so we will likely visit again and would absolutely stay at this house again. The host was great at answering questions, and responded very quickly. Highly recommend this property!!
