About this house rental
Take advantage of all Marco Beach has to offer in this fully remodeled (2019), prime location, beautifully maintained clean and comfortable single family home. Purchased Nov 2013, All new furniture, bedding, towels, fresh paint throughout. King bed in the master, Double bed with a single trundle in the 2nd bedroom, 2 queen pull out couches. 2 flat screen TV's. Washer/dryer in the garage, 2 adult bicycles, The home has nice size lani, lanai shower spout, pool and seating area. Heated Pool. Walk right out onto your private pier and boat lift. Rent a boat at Marco Marina or bring your own. Feel free to kayak or fish right off the pier. Residence beach is just 1/2 mile from this home. You can purchase an annual pass for $140 for the year. Or walk to the public beach which is just a 1mile walk.

Host was easy to reach and quick to respond to questions. Loved the location, quick to restaurants and beaches. Eberything was as pictured. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This place was great for our long weekend trip. It is close to the beach, close to restaurants, big enough to relax, and has everything you need for a weekend away in Marco!

Inside of property was great. Exterior was not. Inside, the kitchen, seating area, bedrooms and bathrooms were all outstanding. Pool heater was broken, water feature to circulate the water wasn't functioning. Pool had a film on it. Pool person came once to "clean" and tossed a gallon or two of shock in it and left, said to stay out for an hour. Owner seemed inconvenienced when I was communicating about the broken heater. The pictures in listing are old. No large sun umbrella, lounge chairs are in rough shape, dock is very small. Didn't feel the outside was truly represented based off pictures, should be updated to show current conditions. Overall still good value compared to some of the more pricey listings on the island.
