About this house rental
This two-story 2,300 square foot home features everything to feel like your own private waterfront resort. The home sleeps ten, with one king bed, two queens, two twins, one sleeper sofa and four bathrooms. Actually, it sleeps eleven if you count your dog. That’s right, this is one of the few island rentals that welcomes your pets. It also comes with a two-car garage.
The spacious patio overlooks a turquoise canal lined with palm trees. After a refreshing swim in the heated pool, fire up the gas grill and enjoy waterside dining at its finest on the shaded table. Then, at the end of the day, the hot tub and hammock are your front row seats as the setting sun turns the sky brilliant orange.
The exquisitely decorated interior is a paradise in its own right. Sunlight streams through the myriad of windows, brightening the bright wood floors. Cozy furnishings are complemented by beach-themed artwork. In the living room, the enormous sectional sofa is placed right in front of a wall of windows, illuminating the entire living area.
Off of the living room you will find a play room featuring a futon, children’s table and toys, television and PlayStation 4 with games (Mortal Kombat XL, That’s You!, Singstar Celebration, Knowledge is Power and FIFA 17).
The deluxe kitchen features granite countertops and comes with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare everything from a family dinner to a tray of tropical beverages to serve guests on the patio.
The bedrooms are filled with all the colors of the tropics. The second-floor master suite not only has a private balcony, but it even comes with a spacious living area and an en suite bathroom. Each bedroom offers plenty of closet and drawer space.
The house is filled with everything you need for your comfort and convenience, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wifi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. Location is great. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Lots of space. Great communication from host. Easy check in. If you are hot natured stay in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Downstairs rooms stay a little warmer. The beds were so comfortable.

The house was perfect for our family. We were able to use the dock for our small boat for which my son used to fish and go see sunset with family and friends. The house is very comfortable having a bathroom for every room. And very spacious living room. We loved it. Looking forward to renting it again next year.

We stayed at this house 3 years ago and it’s evident it has not been maintained. We’ve been to Marco 6 years and this was our worst experience. The shower curtains have stains/are dirty. There were stains on the master bathroom mat, as well as the dining room chairs. One of the first floor bathrooms had black gunk around the shower door so we didn’t use it. The showers overall were not clean. We received a text message about the noise level being too high at 9 in the morning when the landscapers were caring for the property. The pool has missing some tiles and spackling. The hammock was ripped upon arrival so we replaced it so we had something to use. I would be disappointed if I was the owner of this property and the lack of maintenance.
