House was great, plenty of room for all of us. My only complaint is there were tiny ants in the kitchen and noticed them in one of the upstairs bathrooms. They were on everything in the kitchen, on the island. Did notice there were ant baits under the kitchen sink and in the garage. Also, although not a huge problem for us, i was under the impression that you could walk out to the dock to see the canal.You could only see a small area of it from the top deck, everything was blocked off and could not walk out to the canal on the dock. Pool was a little on the small side, but it was ok for our family. Overall, we loved our stay!

The location is amazing. It is proximal to the snook inn and rose marina in a quiet neighborhood. However, there is no dock access as shown in the pictures or ocean front views. It is a corner property that doesn’t reside on the ocean. When we arrived there were a few things that were in need of repair. The communication with the property manager was great.

Our checkin time was 4pm, and we arrived at 6. However the door code did not work nor did the property owner respond to texts or calls. The owner did not contact us until after midnight to let us know that he JUST THEN set the code. He didn't apologize or anything. We had to find a motel for the night because we were stranded 8 hours away from home with nowhere to go. I atill have yet to receive a reimbursement for our motel stay and first night's stay. The house is beautiful and has all the amenities you could need, but this experience left a sour taste and I do not recommend booking this house.
