This luxury vacation home is stocked with everything you need so you can relax and enjoy the island. Families can decide between enjoying the private pool & jacuzzi, nearby beach, or newly renovated lakeside park minutes away.
As you step into this upscale luxury home, you feel refreshed as you gaze up toward the open-air 14 foot ceilings. Enter the living room to a plush new sofa and comfy loveseat. Past the living area, you'll find a beautifully appointed dining table with seating for 6 guests to enjoy a delicious meal.
The fully equipped kitchen offers ample granite countertop space for preparing a home-cooked meal while your travel companions join you. Enjoy the feast at the nearby dining table, while taking in the views of the pool as you dine. The chef in your group will appreciate the new stainless steel high-end appliances.
Bask in the sun when you head out onto the luxurious screened-in lanai to take a refreshing swim in the sparkling, heated pool and/or jacuzzi tub spa. The pool is electrically heated always 85 degrees. Then dry off under the warm Florida sun as you soak up the rays on the plush chaise lounge chairs. Outdoor living at its best!
When hunger strikes, cookout on the gas grill and enjoy your lunch at the nearby patio table. After a fun-filled day, retreat to one of the cozy bedrooms for a peaceful slumber. The master has a king bed, second also a King, third bedroom a queen, and the fourth has three twin beds including a roll out. The plush new living room couch is a sleeper sofa with a super-comfy memory foam mattress. The bedding is all high quality and brand new and you can expect a comfortable and peaceful night sleep. This spacious home sleeps 11 comfortably in beds.
Enjoy your favorite program on any one of four flat-screen cable TVs in the bedrooms, living room, and even out on the lanai.

Please note: In times that the weather presents temperatures that are unusually cold for this part of the country (below 70 degrees) the pool heaters will not work as well as expected because they rely on heat exchange to heat the pool and the reverse heat pumps are not as efficient at heating the pool water in cooler temperatures.
Security Cameras are on the outside of the house (at the front door and perimeter), and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.
Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high. These devices do not record or monitor conversation. Sensors are located in the main living area of the home and pool area.

This premium home is situated on a quiet, low-traffic street in a quiet neighborhood. Very rare find!
Easy access to the white sand beach, shops, and dining. Or jump on the four provided "beach cruiser" bikes and roll to Mackle Park, tennis, boating, jetski rental, mini golf park, etc. etc. There's so much to do right on the island. The city of Naples is a half hour drive. Try airboat tours in the everglades and so much more!
Marco Island is known for its pristine white sand beaches - located just minutes away - as is the island’s newly renovated lakefront park. Enjoy its walking path, dog park, volleyball courts, botchy ball, basketball court, billiards, and table tennis, all a short drive or bike ride from your “Island Beach House” vacation rental. The kids can play to their heart’s content in the park’s extensive playground and splash pool.

The layout of the home is beautiful and had everything we needed, including for the beach!! Pool and spa were heated perfectly. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

NOT. A. 5⭐️.HOME!!!
No internet/TV for the whole week. Owner tried his best to get it reinstalled but with no luck.
NO. BEACH. ACCESS!!!! According to past reviews the home owner had beach access but due to new ownership of the beachfront property, access has been denied. The closest WALKING access is 1.5 miles!
No washcloths. Had to go buy our own.
Sheets and pillows also need to be updated.
Coffee table in the living room is about to fall apart, as it is super rickety. One of the dining room chairs is also about to beak. Bar stools needed at the bar.
Issues with the “hot tub” which never gets hot, only lukewarm.
Kitchen is VERY poorly stocked with basic necessities. One baking sheet that looks like it is 100 years old. No casserole dishes, mixing bowls, Pyrex, etc. Pots and pans are in really bad shape. Made cooking for Thanksgiving less than ideal.
Hall bathroom shower water trickles out and drain is stopped up. Extremely mildewed and needs a good scrubbing. Towel bar not even attached to the wall.
In 4th bedroom, ceiling fan looks and sounds like it is about to fall down.
Needs a very deep cleaning!!
Potential to be Five Star but right now it is Three Star at best.
