About this house rental
2023 new construction with over 2400 SqFt of living space. Enjoy the new pool and hot tub along with open air outdoor cooking and entertaining. The home has all new furnishings and the latest technology. Each room has its own TV for streaming. The house has sound throughout including outdoors! The house sleeps up to 11 and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation on Marco Island. Daily cleaning, catering and 6 passenger golf cart are available as add-ons. This was a very beautiful property. There were a couple of issues checking in (router, etc.) but those were quickly resolved. Everything was pretty perfect with the home. Nice design, decor, finishes and clean. The lanai pool area needed a bit of attention, but once done, everything was just fine. It’s conveniently located and all of our destinations were relatively close by. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We really enjoyed the house and the area! It was close to everything. We had some minor issues and it lacked some of the amenities found in other homes we have rented. The house should have a booklet outlining all requirements and instructions for the stay.
