The house exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect, and the house had so many fun activities ….pool floats, kayaks, sand toys, fishing rods, bikes, grill, etc. so much to do you never had to leave the house. Check in was easy and communication was top notch. We saw manatees and dolphins in the canal right outside the house!! The house was clean and well maintained but slightly dated. But that had zero impact on how much fun we had and everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. The bathrooms were clean and had amazing showers and excellent water pressure. The AC worked great and there were plenty of fans for anyone who need an extra boost or cool air. The only thing to be aware of is the 5 and 6 bedroom are attached. Perfect for kids or families but not as much privacy as the other bedrooms. We would stay here again in a heart beat!! Don’t hesitate to book this one.

This property worked well for our group of 12. The screened in porch was beautiful and two of the bedrooms walk out to it. The other master walks out near the pool. One of the bedrooms is off of a different bedroom which is good to know if you have adult children coming with spouses. The owner was very responsive and helpful when it came to anything we needed.Overall the property was good for our seven kids, three spouses, and ourselves! We rented a golf cat from scootertown rental and it was great to have to buzz to the beach or the store for more groceries!
