Yes, Location, Location, Location! This home is just perfect centrally located, right on the smoke house bay, without loosing great privacy for the relaxation in the own backyard! Shopping, dining, fishing, Bars& restaurants, Live Music Entertainment ... All in walking distance! Near to the tigertail beach... Everything new and upscale!
Milan offers estate style glamour within a central marco island location. Six bedrooms and three and a half baths with 2 Master suites and spacious livings room over two floors, provide accommodations for up to 13 people on high quality beds, ideal for family or business travelers. All rooms in the home are equipped with flat screen hdtvs and the open granite kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances. The three-car garage holds plenty of beach gear to make sure you have everything you need for fun in paradise!

Fifth bedroom/second master suite: second floor, queen size bed with sliding doors out to private balcony, private en suite bath, lovely patio furniture to enjoy the sunset over the canal... oh, one fullsized baby crib is already provided...

Tigertail Beach is one of two public access beaches and is a very short drive from your vacation home. Tigertail offers you the Lagoon as a great place for families with younger kids to enjoy the flat and calm water. There is plenty of wildlife to view and is a designated ‘Great Florida Birding Trail. To reach the Gulf of Mexico with the beautiful soft sandy beach you either have to wade through the lagoon or walk around the to the left. It's definitely worth the ten minute stroll. The beach here is absolutely breathtaking and totally natural. And don't forget your shelling bags. The beach offers you beautiful shelling. It is open 8 a.m. to sundown and there is a fee for parking.
Some information about South Public Beach Access
The parking lot is located on Swallow Avenue and is a short walk across South Collier Boulevard to a one-acre beach access on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. There are 70-parking spaces with rest room access. The walk is lined with sabal palm trees and is surrounded by plush hotels on Marco Island. It is open 8 a.m. to sundown and there is a fee for parking.

Beautiful home on Marco Island perfect for large family. 6 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms allow multiple families to stay together. Closets and dressers are full of linens so. Not much room to hang clothing. We left our clothes in luggage. Not ideal but we made it work. Laundry room is nice. We were able to keep clothes clean all week and return home with zero laundry to clean. Kitchen is big but cabinets are full of stuff so not a lot of room for guests to keep groceries. Most of kitchen pans/cups are not dishwasher safe so you have to hand wash. Pool area is a wonderful place to hang out. Plenty of room to swim and relax in the sun. Also a large grill area for cooking. Upon our arrival the outdoor TV was broken. Management had it replaced next day. We were told guests before us trashed the place and left pool full of sand. This was an issue for our stay. Pool cleaners did show up Monday but never swept sand out of pool. Pool was cloudy our entire stay. I was asked to run robot daily to clean sand out. I did run robot 1-2 times per day and lots of sand was found each time. We never had a clear pool. Sauna and hot tub on listing is inaccurate. Management told us sauna is new and not able to be used. Hot tub is a jacuzzi bathtub in master bedroom. The photos on listing are correct but wording is very misleading. Overall, we loved this place but I feel the fees are a bit much. We have stayed at multiple family homes on vacations (including Marco)and this house has the most fees.

Being the owner of a large Vacation Rental company myself I can’t help but eyeball everything when I rent a vacation rental. This home was amazing. I traveled with a total of 7 other adults and we did not lack for space.Our rooms were all perfectly anointed with plenty of clean towels and wash clothes. The beds we’re very comfortable and the rooms themselves were spacious and with plenty of dresser and closet space.The cooking and dining area was well suited for entertaining offering a large open area from the island and a beautiful dining room that sits eight easily. Plenty of cookware, dishes and glasses provided.The pool area offers many areas to sit while the pool itself looks new. PLUS…there is an absolutely beautiful new glass outside sauna. Just gorgeous! If your a grill master look no further its top of the line and new! You could cook for 15 easily on it!Large tv’s through out with comfortable sitting area.As with any beach rentals the towels and laundry can be an issue. Not to worry to large front load washers and one very large front load dryer that could handle it all at normal cycle.As for beach accessories they have it all conveniently stored in the outside shed..chairs, umbrellas and wagon. I would not hesitate to rent this house again but I have a feeling it will probably be booked solid next time we try. If you get the chance to stay here don’t hesitate!!!

House was in a great location. Not everything in the description was accurate and some features weren’t functioning (pool, sauna) as they should have been. House was overall good and was a good option for a large group. We would stay here again.

This was a pristine property with a great location. However, some of the amenities listed were not accurate or broken. The bigger issue was the amount of clutter in every bedroom closet and/or dresser. We had to live out of suitcases because of this. In addition, although we were informed before hand that the garage was not available for use, it did not prepare us for the amount of items being stored there that could potentially be a hazard.
