About this house rental
Stunning five-bedroom home on the water with southern exposure. This gorgeous home is a short distance from Tigertail Beach, restaurants, and The Esplanade with its waterfront dining and shops. The home features a beautiful living space, a gourmet kitchen, five bedrooms, a covered lanai, and a refreshing pool and spa. Two living rooms, one located as you enter the property with unobstructed views of the pool and outdoor area and the other off the kitchen, feature a flat-screen TV and ample seating to enjoy a great movie or game. The gourmet kitchen is the heart of the home and has everything you will need to make a five-star meal. The breakfast bar provides even more seating for all guests, or sit and enjoy a cup of coffee at the breakfast nook. As you make your way outside, sit and relax in one of the lounger chairs and soak up the beautiful Florida sun or relax in the spa after a fun day in the sun.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, en-suite bathroom, flat screen TV, and private access outside onto the lanai. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower as well as a soaking tub, and two separate vanities.
The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and sliders that lead out to the pool area.
The second guest bedroom is great for the younger guests as there are two sets of bunk beds,
The third guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the fourth guest bedroom is a multi-purpose room with a Murphy bed that folds out but also works as an office once it is tucked back in. There is a desk and chair. The guest's two other bathrooms have walk-in showers and single vanities.

The best part of our stay was location - first stay in MI. Our family loves the beach and access to several beaches was very easy especially if you want to rent a boat which we do every year. The house had adequate space for everyone- the master was especially large and inviting. The 2 living spaces were very helpful for the large group.I wasn’t aware from the pics the size of the pool. It was on the smaller size so if the kids were playing in it, it didn’t allow for adults to be in at the same time. I would like to suggest the cleaners check the ice maker when cleaning. The dispenser part was full of mold and needs a bleach cleaner to ensure it is sanitized properly. Some of the outdoor cushions were moldy and should be replaced if they can’t be laundered. I like to have everything hung up and off the floor. Hooks (inside & out) for wet towels, housecoats, bathing suits, etc. would have been very helpful. I would also suggest a clothes rack for hanging clothes not allowed in the dryer. We did have to replace the propane while BBQing on day 2. The Smoke detector battery needs to be replaced as it beeped throughout the night on the last day. I have a general suggestion for hosts in places I’ve stayed. It would be nice to have an electric kettle for tea drinkers. In Canada most households have them but I realize not so common in the US. Overall loved our experience and can’t wait to come back.
