About this house rental
Our home is the third house from entrance to Tigertail Beach!! Private home with five bedrooms and three full bathrooms and is on the inland water/canal. Complete with own private heated pool along with a new pier with water access to canal which leads to the Gulf of Mexico, perfect for fishing! Bring your own boat and tie up behind the house!
Enjoy a less than 5 minute walk to Tigertail Beach Park amenities that include bathrooms, playground and cafe and access to the beach/lagoon area. It is another 15 - 20 minute walk to the open beach area of the Gulf of Mexico, with Residents Beach just to the south, along with the rest of Marco Island condos and hotels. See the last couple pictures for walking routes to beach.
Home has lots of space, big island in kitchen and dining room table, three smart televisions, as well as washer and dryer. Wifi is fast throughout our home. First floor master bedroom, connected to master bathroom with shower, tub and closet. Large living room and dining room connect to family room off the kitchen. Kitchen has all the things you'd find at home. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cups and a handful of spices and baking needs. Lots of room to cook and hang out, overlooking the pool. Second and third bedrooms on first floor. Upstairs has fourth and fifth bedrooms, full bathroom and game area with foosball and tv. Large pool just steps away in an enclosed lanai. Enjoy the water in the hammock under the tiki hut. Back view is very private overlooking canal.
We provide bath towels for 12, along with lots of beach towels. We also have six beach chairs, a wagon, sand toys, umbrella, blanket and cooler available for your use.
We provide initial set of hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels and dishwasher tablets. We have a larger Kuerig coffee maker as well as traditional coffee makers so you can brew your own cup!
Parking available for up to two or three vehicles in the driveway only, not blocking the sidewalk. There is not parking available on the street. Please note, there is to be no large group gatherings of more than the occupancy of the house, which is 12 people.

This home has everything you need and them some. We used the kayaks alot to better see the manatee family who came daily to the inlet. Great shelling on the near by beach. Lots of toys to use in the pool and we also used the bikes. Joel replied promptly to any questions we had.and waz very welcoming. There were 10 of us and had lots of space for everyone. Our children and teenage grandchildren enjoyed the week. There was something to interest each of them. Fooseball and board games to play too on a rainy day. Loved the huge island and stools for the family to gather around and visit and eat. Lots of memories made in this house to cherish. We actually renewed our vows for our 50th anniversary in the chickee hut. Hot but a great memory.

The property was very clean. The house and pool were lovely.Joel, the host, was very accommading.The description of the distance to the beach was not accurate; it is steps to the Tigertail Park not the beach. Once you get to the park you walk about a mile to get to beach, if you are not in shape or ederly it could be a problem.The beach is lovely.I would recommend to start a business to drive a golf cart to the beach for those people who cannot walk that faar.

My family loved the house! It was beautiful and had everything we needed. We especially appreciate the garage having everything you need for the beach and more! Wagons, coolers, chairs, toys, games, and more. The walk to the beach was a little longer, but worth it to not have to drive. And that area of the beach was very low crowds. We would absolutely stay again!
