Located in a prime area of Marco Island, the home features highly desirable southern exposure, a spacious screened-in lanai and pool, and a private waterfront dock where you can fish, relax, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
With two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a comfortable pull-out sofa, the home can accommodate up to six guests. The updated kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, while the inviting living space provides the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the island. Flat-screen TVs are provided in both the living room and primary bedroom, and power blinds on the sliding doors offer added privacy and convenience.
Step outside and enjoy everything that makes a Marco Island vacation special. Spend the day relaxing by the pool, dine al fresco on the screened-in lanai, or stroll to nearby restaurants. The private dock and pier are wonderful spots for fishing, enjoying the water views, or watching for dolphins and manatees when they make an appearance.
We've also made beach days and island adventures easy for you. Bicycles are provided for guests to explore the area, along with beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, and a convenient beach cart to carry everything you need.
One of the most unique features of this property is its beautifully landscaped tropical garden. The yard is filled with mature and edible fruit trees and an amazing variety of tropical plants. The pool is the width of the house and very clean. The dock is perfect for fishing. The property has a ton of extras like towels, fishing poles, bikes, and household things. The Murphy pull out was very comfortable and the large sectional was great! Close enough to the JW is close enough for an easy bike ride.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. We wanted a vacation that slowed us down and let us unwind and we did just that. We enjoyed the pool and the peace and quiet the most. My only concern was the sunken dining area. This was a major trip hazard. Other than that the property was perfect. Loved the location to dining and shops. Getting to the beach was a bit of a hassle but we figured it out. Would definitely rent again if in the area! Harborview was wonderful to work with. Flawless system.

We had been wanting to stay in Marco Island for some time and booked our villa in September 2023 to stay in August 2024. The villa itself was beautiful as shown in the photos with a lovely swimming pool. The downside for us was that next door was a full on villa new build going on so from Monday through to leaving it was not tranquil. We checked the listing and to be fair to people who booked nearer to staying there would see the note added after we had booked saying about the work going on.If we had known that , for as lovely as the villa was we would have moved our booking. I wish we were aware of that but as said the villa is gorgeous and very well decorated with a superb pool. The agency were very accommodating with an earlier check in and slightly later check out too which facilitated our travel schedule. The use of the bikes provided at the villa was another excellent touch.As I said couldn’t fault the villa or agency, just a real shame about the building works directly next door & that’s the only reason my overall rating is a 3 and not a 5 , but all my other ratings scored 5 out of 5We would go back (but only after the next door building work was completed)
