Go fishing, boating, beachcombing or relax in the sun. The beach is in walking distance. The open sun terrace, seawall and boat dock have just been finished and add great value for outdoor activities and to enjoy Florida’s sun. Take advantage of the heated pool or barbequing with friends and family. The home has a two-car garage with 2 single garage doors. Close to everything Marco Island has to offer such as walk to beach or a short ride to shopping and restaurants. We have visited Marco Island several times but this was the first time in this house. I am happy to say that the house lives up to all of the previous positive reviews. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped - the kitchen has everything you could need and we were able to make use of the beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas etc which were in the garage. The pool is excellent and we really appreciated the choice of the outdoor (uncovered) patio and the more sheltered area around the pool. The sun is on the dockside patio from first thing in the morning then over the pool by lunchtime meaning you are able to appreciate the sun pretty much all day until the evening. We saw a manatee and dolphins in the canal while we were there. Communication with Doris was excellent - she responded very quickly each time and came round the morning after I contacted to deliver some gas for the barbecue and to try to fix some issues with some of the bikes (this was the only disappointment that only 3 of the 6 adult bikes were able to be used when we visited - but Doris did do what she could to try to resolve this). Overall I would definitely recommend this house and we would not hesitate to choose it again if we return.

We love this property! This was our second stay and it was just as great as our first . Property is clean, well stocked and close to everything! We highly recommend this property
