Dirty bathroom

The apartment was very spacious.

The bathroom was very dirty with soap scum on the walls around the shower and the toilet itself. The towels in the bedrooms were dirty, found snot like thingy on some of the bath towels. The bedroom we slept in, we found hairs in bed and looked like the sheets weren't changed. This really needs improvement and housekeeping needs to keep the bathroom and toilet really clean. Other than that the apartment was very spacious, very warm when the boiler is turned on, though it has loads of stair cases. We had to keep our suitcases in the lounge for we didnt want the hustle of going up and down the stairs.

Dirty disgusting flat which ruined our family weekend - don’t consider it for a second!

It is hands down the most dirty and disgusting accommodation I have ever booked on booking.com. Dirty sheets, blood on pillows, menstrual blood on toilet roll, half smoked joint left in sitting room, dirty kitchen and bathroom. Obviously not cleaned or inspected after so called ‘cleaning’. After finally getting in contact with them in the Philippines and chasing them, they offered 50% off but in fact I won’t be getting that as I have to pay their booking. com commission so I’ll be lucky to get 1/3 off and that is still over paying. Ruined our family weekend as my kids didn’t want to stay there and sleep in the grubby sheets. It’s not the money it’s the depressing state of the flat - a dirty old former student accommodation over a Chinese takeaway with old student furnishings- and totally false reviews. Do NOT consider this place for a second! Stairs are so steep - I’ll be reporting it to the council as I don’t think they are legal. Just don’t!

found a half can of Stella in the kitchen, door handle in sitting room fell off. In a loud area of town with people shouting on the street til 1am.

Great value comfortable stay

Great location, lots of shops and takeaways. Easy access into town centre. Really spacious and comfortable, there were 7 of us staying here. Fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Hosts were great and were on hand for any queries we had. All in all, a great stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Very steep stairs in the property wasn't a problem for us, but it could be for anyone with mobility issues.

Perfect! Homely stay!

Location was perfect, right near an Asda and Aldi. Great takeaway over the road. Place was really spacious and had everything you would need! Nice touches of bread, milk, tea and coffee. Great communication from Owner will definitely be booking again! Thank you

The apartment was fun. Loved the colorful rooms. Very spacious. Only one bathroom, which we knew. The host was great, so nice and thoughtful. Great value for sure. My kids loved it!

Great location - 20 minute walk from Lark Lane for a great selection of pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops & easy access to city centre via buses. Clean and comfortable. Staff helpful and accommodating. Kitchen supplied with essentials such as milk and bread when we arrived.

The location is easy to find, key safe is very handy. Toiletries is provided to my surprise. The fridge is well stock of bread and milk, just what you need when just arrived with teas, coffees and more condiments.

There is only one bathroom with toilet for a 4 bedroom house.

The apartment is in a good location and very spacious. The extras provided were ideal for our stay.

The location was great, close to our family and the city centre. Shops, cafes and restaurants are nearby. We visited the Little Furnace (2 mins walk away) for pizza and it was great. On the street parking is available. The apartment was really spacious, we used three of the bedrooms and the beds were all very comfy. The owners provided kitchen and bathroom essentials - bread, milk, cereal, butter and shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste. It was clean and tidy. We would book again.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about the apartment. Having a mirror in the bedrooms and black out curtains would've been good as my son (5yo) goes to bed a bit earlier.

It was like a student house and didn’t feel clean. It definitely needs some work. The toilet wasn’t fitted to the ground properly and moved when it was sat on. the cleaner came early in the morning and came straight it. she then waited outside the door for us to leave with the door open.
