Amplio y cómodo. Ascensor en el edificio y aire acondicionado en todos los ambientes. Si bien no tiene parking propio, hay muy cerca un parking público gratuito, donde siempre encontré lugar. Y, aunque está alejado del centro de Como, para nosotros fue perfecto porque es muy cercano a familiares
En particular, nada. No tiene detalles de categoría (que no son importantes en mi caso) y lo incómodo que es el tema de separación de la basura, especialmente para quiénes provenimos de lugares que no se hace, aunque ésto no es atribuible al propietario
