Very bad bed and old furniture in rooms

Location is good and nice building. Kitchen and toilet are good equipped. Nice two terraces.

Very bad equipped are both rooms. No aircondition! Bedroom with old fashioned wire construction bed with thin mattress. No night table beside bed. Very old furniture in both rooms with any function.

Bad

That was the worst accommodation in my life, it is loud, smells old. The bed mattress totally uncomfortable and it is better if you sleep on the floor. The appartment is noisey, becuase of the neighbours. Our 6 months old baby could not sleep well, so requested to check out some days eariler due to the mentioned problems, but the answer was: it is possible to leave, but we do not get back the money for the rest days. I think it is not a human behavior.

Great long weekend in Como

Nice and clean apartment on walking distance from the centre of Como. Free parking available. Fifth floor with elevator. Two balconies/small terraces, one with seating furniture, with great view over lake and town. Quiet, and real nice for a weekend stay in Como. Good WiFi.

Some people may find the outdated furniture bad. We didn't, it was even kind-of charming as-is. Mind it that, although location is great, there are no bakeries or places for breakfast really near the apt. So you'll have to bring some food previous evening, for tmrw morning.

Como und der See sind eine Reise wert-die Qualität der Unterkunft sollte sich verbessern

Die Sicht vom Balkon auf See und Stadt ist toll. Bushaltestelle für mehrere Linien nur wenige Schritte entfernt.

Das Geschirr war bei unserer Anreise teilweise sehr schmutzig. Die Vormieter müssen natürlich das Geschirr sauber hinterlassen. Aber es ist Aufgabe des Vermieters dies zu kontrollieren und bei Bedarf nachzubessern. Unter der Spüle hatte sich durch eine Undichtigkeit stinkendes Wasser gesammelt, das dann auf den Boden lief. Ein aufmerksames Putzteam hätte diesen Schaden bemerkt. Somit fing unser Urlaub mit Putzarbeiten an. Der Vermieter hat sich zwar entschuldigt, eine Flasche Wein oder Ähnliches hätte uns aber auch erfreut. Die Möblierung ist teilweise ziemlich alt. Der zerfetzte Sessel im Wohnzimmer gehört auf den Sperrmüll.

Sehr schön für einen Kurzurlaub

Schöne, ruhige Unterkunft mit viel Platz in zentraler Lage. Die Innenstadt erreicht man fußläufig innerhalb von 20 Minuten bei einem Spaziergang an der Seepromenade. Das Bett war sehr bequem und der Seeblick vom Balkon ist wunderbar. Hilfreiche und nette Kurzeinweisung in den Ort bei der Schlüsselabholung.

Die zum Haus gehörige Parkfläche war komplett belegt, so dass wir auf einen öffentlichen Parkplatz ausweichen mussten, der allerdings sehr nah und nicht sehr teuer ist.
