The apartment, located in San Fermo della Battaglia, offers 65 sqm of modern, welcoming space for up to 5 guests. There’s a double bedroom, a twin room, and a living room with a sofa bed. The private kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine and induction hob.
Enjoy air conditioning in the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms, plus radiator heating. The barrier-free interiors ensure easy accessibility. You’ll have fast Wi-Fi, a TV with on-demand services, a dedicated workspace, and a washing machine.
