Everything good... except for sleeping

The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. It was very clean

The beds and pillow were very uncomfortable. There were no extra blankets and the blinds let a lot of light come through in the morning

Check inn for this property you have to walk 300meter far to another hotel

It was clean

When i arrived at location then i came to know that i have to go approximately 300 meter away in cold weather to do checkinn and i went to that other hotel with my all luggage and the guy gave me again a code that i have to go back and enter that code in entrance, so if you are coming by taxi or uber than dont come to this location, you have to go to other place then come back here after check inn, book your uber like this 😁

Nice, clean, quiet.

The location was conveniently near public transportation and food options. The neighborhood felt safe and it was quiet.

This is an apartment building with individual apartments for rent and there are names on the main door for each apartment to call them, as if it is a private residence, which is quite confusing upon arrival. We communicated beforehand that we would arrive prior to check-in and wanted to leave our bags, and I was told this was fine. But when we arrived, there was no way in. It was just a closed apartment building with buttons to buzz the apartments and a black keypad. I tried using the codes I had from the booking, and nothing worked. So, I called the contact number and it was only then that I learned the following: we would get the codes for the building at 3PM, so we couldn't enter beforehand, and also, that if I wanted to leave our bags, we would have to walk 500-or so meters to an office or hotel that managed the location. This would normally be OK, but I was traveling with an elderly parent who was already exhausted just from our short journey. So this ended up being quite a convoluted situation. It could have been avoided by telling me in the chat weeks earlier that the luggage drop-off had to be elsewhere, and some extra information on the system of how to get access to the apartment building also would have been helpful. We happened to be traveling on a terribly rainy day with flash floods all over northern Europe, so we were drenched and it was all quite dramatic. That's not the host's fault, but had I understood what kind of place I was renting and the logistics, it would have been much easier on everyone. Instead, we went to a nearby business that was open and took pity on us, and dried off and left our bags with them on the honor system, and found a cafe to dry off. Basically, some clear communication is needed so that the guests know what they're getting into.

Basic necessities, bland interior, twin beds

Good location, no issues with check in. Easy to walk to trendy places, big supermarket nearby.

Didn't like that all beds were twin beds. The provision of items was a bit mean - only two forks, two spoons, two teabags, two plates, ONE chair... The interior was very basic.

The worst experience

The room they gave was attic and in the fourth floor WITHOUT the lift and without the space to wash dishes, there wasn’t proper bathroom water proofing and there wasn’t air conditioning. The mattress and pillow were awful, the receptionist could not speak English properly, and the hotel where we should had to check in was 10 minutes walk from the room to stay ( no tram or bus available ). It was my worst experience.

Clean, well equipped, comfortable beds, good shower.

It was fine for us, but there is no lift so if you might struggle to carry luggage up a spiral staircase then you might want to ask for one of the lower floors. There are 4 floors with 2 apartments on each. We were on the 2nd floor.

No double bed as advertised

The room was advertised as having a double bed. It was actually two single beds pushed together. Very disappointed, uncomfortable stay. Messaged host as soon as I checked in and got no response until the day I checked out

Very nice Apartment

Very nice Apartment für a weekend stay. Very modern, cozy and clean! We had the Apartment in the 4th Floor with a nice view, even to the Dom. (There is no elevator).

Gute Lage, vernünftiger Preis.

Keine Parkplätze - somit überteuertes Parken im Parkhaus oder Knöllchen der Stadt Köln. Schlechter Schlafconfort. Lautes Haus - lautstarke Diskussionen und Fernseher bis in die frühen Morgenstunden (dafür kann der Vermieter ja nichts)

Perfektes Preisleistungsverhältnis für unseren Zweck, wir würden wiederkommen.

Sehr zentral und sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis, bei uns war es sehr ruhig, gute Größe und moderner eingerichtet, kein Teppichboden,einfacher Check-in, sehr freundlicher Servicemitarbeiter.

Es roch ein bisschen so, als hätte schon mal jemand in dem Apartment geraucht, kann natürlich der Vermieter nichts für. Die Küche ist grds super, aber sie ist vom Geschirr her eher sparsam ausgestattet, wenn man wirklich dort kochen und essen wollte, aber für uns war es völlig ausreichend. Nett wäre noch eine Portion Milch für den Anfang für Kaffee/Tee und evt eine Kapselmaschine statt Granulat:), aber für den Preis auch so absolut in Ordnung!

Gute Kommunikation und problemloser Check in. Lage in der Südstadt ist auch topp. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte besser sein. Alles nur 2x da- dafür macht eine große Spülmaschine keinen Sinn wenn man eh alles direkt spülen muss.

War zum schlafen nach Besuch der Lanxess Arena okay, aber nach was anderem suchen ist kein Fehler.

Anfang November Heizung auf Null und Fenster gekippt, keine Parkmöglichkeit (alles Stoßstange an Stoßstange geparkt), hätte auch an der einen oder anderen Stelle eine gründlichere Reinigung vertragen können.

Top Preis/Leistung

Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Es war sauber, die Betten sehr bequem, wir hatten sogar einen kleinen Balkon und einen großen Fernseher und die Küchenzeile war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Der kleine Weg zur U-Bahn u.a. öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war nicht weit und fußläufig gut erreichbar. Wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Es war ein etwas holprigen Start beim Einchecken. Wir hatten die Email später entdeckt, sind natürlich gleich zum Appartement und wunderten uns, dass der Code uns keinen Zugang gewährte. Dann haben wir sie gelesen und mussten erst zum etwa 300m entfernten Hotel laufen um uns die richtigen Zugangsdaten zu holen. Dann hat aber alles geklappt. Dieses war aber unser Fehler und nicht vom Hotel.

흡연자단속을 한다면 장기투숙에 좋은아파트

장기투숙에 좋은 아파트형태임. 인테리어나 중정전망도 좋고 실내내부에 나쁘지 않았음. 그러나 흡연자투숙객이 있었던 날만 빼만 상당히 괜찮은 집이었음. 공간도 가격대비 상당히 넓은 편이었고 뒤셀도르프나 뒤스부르크 보다 살기 좋고 가격도 저렴했고 가성비있었음. 미리 알았다면 이 아파트에서만 한주일 정도 예약했어도 좋았을 뻔했음.

가장 아쉬운 점, 비오는 날 캐리어를 들고 처음와보는 도시에서 간판없는 집을 찾아야했는데, 그 집에 들어가기 위해서 다시 20-40분을 헤매어 또 주소없는 호텔프론트를 가야했음. 그냥 비번 정도는 전날쯤 이메일로 보내도 충분히 안전하다고 봄. 최소한 주소에 아파트이름이라도 써놓던가. 거의 생애 다섯손가락에 꼽을 정도로 힘들게 찾음. 두번째 아래층인지 흡연투숙객의 담배연기가 그대로 맡아짐. 다행히 다음날 체크아웃했는지 2번재날부터 아주 쾌적했음. 이 두 점을 제외하고는 상당히 좋은 집임.

La posizione dell'appartamento è molto centrale e vicina ai principali mezzi di trasporto. La camera era piccolina, ma ben dotata di tutto il necessario. Inoltre, la camera era pulita ed è stato molto semplice il check-in. Bella l'accoglienza con le caramelle.

Forse i rumori dalle altre stanze hanno disturbato il sonno notturno.
