Rezeption immer offen, Möglichkeit, das Gepäck vor und nach den Ein-/Auschecken noch da zu lassen, Zimmer hat alles was man so braucht. Location super zentral.
Keine Klimaanlage (immerhin ein kleiner Ventilator). Mit 30°C um Mitternacht allerdings nicht genug.

The location is top notch. If you want food, drinks, groceries and some night life there is everything you need right outside the door. The indoor outside sitting area is also quite nice. Staff were also very accommodating.
No air conditioner, so if you are staying in +30 heat like me it will be quite hot but more in the evening. The cleanliness is fine but could be better. However, its good for the price. The cleaning staff didnt close the door properly 1 time so it could have been bad but gladly nothing was taken.

I liked welcoming staff, cozy beds, blankets and pillows. Good table and chair if you need to work remotely. The shower/toilet is also good.
Nearby bars and caffes producing loud noises till late night so I had to use earplugs. Closed windows didn't help.

Easy to find. Handy got lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Near to the Aachener Weiher parkrun which was the reason for the trip.
Our room (3rd floor) looked out onto the main road. It was very noisy. The noise impacted our sleep. Bars were open until late, and then even noisy in early hours of the morning.
