Spacious 1 Br Lincoln City Centre Amenities, free Parking

The place is great has everything you need and more. Got a nice bathroom and bedroom with a comfey bed has a fan in the living room this is the frst place i have been that provides a fan as been very hot for past week so top makes for that. The TV is big and has great internet speed no drops or anything stable would higley recomend this place as by far the best i have stayed in and i have been in a few places now in lincoln.

There is nothing not to like only 1 small problem with the shower as the shower window has no rubber at the bottom so when water runs down it when in the shower some water goes on the floor near the toilet so i had to mop up the small amount of water on the floor after the shower but nothing bad just something to look into replacing or fixing the shower panel.

Very comfortable accomodation, with all that we could have needed!

We feel that more attention could have been given to the overall cleanliness of the apartment. Especially the kitchen and bathroom.

The flat had everything you needed for a short stay. The heating worked once I switched the boiler onto heating. The oven worked well too. Nice to have tea, coffee and sugar on arrival. TV had Netflix and all the other subscribing services you have to use your own sign in to use them. Lots of mirrors in all rooms.

It looks awful from the road very run down. Parking is hit and miss as to where you'll find a space. We parked in the side street. We weren't able to get parked on the front. The door lock on the internal door inside is loose. The smell of air freshener upon entering was awful that faded after a few hours. The bed is a double and quite small but comfortable. Not much room to walk around it. The toaster wasn't working right. I cooked 2 slices of toast but when trying to cook 2 more the toaster kept popping up I had to hold the button down to cook it. Not sure if this was because it was hot 🤷🏻‍♀️ tap in kitchen sink very wobbly, the kitchen is just worn but serviceable. The outside back yard is awful and needs attention. The milk pods that were left for us on arrival were all out of date in March.

Plenty of room and little extras like chargers and plenty of plug and usb ports. Lots of towels but I always take my own. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well!

I was on a budget so I’d brought my own food to cook, however the oven didn’t work, so I had to go to the supermarket to get something that would microwave instead. I did contact the property owner about the oven but never got a response, which was frustrating.
