Very convenient, comfortable and cosy house. Plenty of space with separate dining room and outside space.

It is a bit noisy with the main road behind especially at rush hour.

Milk in fridge for our arrival, cleaning and toiletry products provided and a gorgeous smell when we entered the property. Easy parking space right in front of property

Bathroom shower heigh, tall men can’t stand up to well in shower, or at the toilet due to the sloping ceiling.

nice home from home Victorian house in a great location for visiting Lincoln - 10 mins walk to football ground - 20 mins walk to City, train & bus station - host easily contacted for any issues - quite spacious and very clean and comfortable - very well equipped with all you would need for up to 4 guests including towels - Comfy double bed and 2 single bedrooms - large bath with good shower over - comfy lounge and separate dining room - well equipped kitchen - on street parking outside - good value and obviously popular - would stay again

Some minor maintenance issues could do with sorting but didnt impact our stay - as said internal stairs are very steep - found double bed to be too soft for our liking - be careful about parking restrictions during weekdays and very busy on football days and during school pickup time although host did warn us -

The house is beautiful inside, everything we could require was available, beds were so comfortable I wanted to take them home with me

The only disadvantage is the stairs, treads are narrow, very steep so you have to be careful going up and down. The street gets filled very quickly for parking so may have to park down the street
