BED CONFIGURATION:
Bedroom 1: Double bed

LIVING AREAS:
The living area provides a warm space with two sofas to relax on. Here you’ll find a smart TV with Netflix and BBC iplayer.
KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The Kitchen is an immaculate space which offers all of the daily essentials you need. There is a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, utensils, cookware and tableware. There is also a 2 seater dining table.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There is one bathroom which has a shower/bath, a toilet and sink.
We operate on self-check-in/out so you can come and go as you please. You will have sole access to the entire studio throughout your stay.
*A fully refundable security deposit of £150 is required prior to check-in. We take a hold on your card for your deposit (similar to how a hotel when you check-in) every 5 days (because they do not last longer than that). Some bank accounts show this as a transaction and some show it as a hold. However, the hold will not be charged by us unless you are in breach of our terms and conditions.
* All guests will be required to complete our reservation form which includes our booking terms and conditions and provision of a copy of ID prior to check-in.
* Please message us if you require a late check out. This can be organised at an extra cost.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY:
To ensure we maintain the property's high standards and maximise guest experience, we require mid-stay cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (14+ nights stay) at an additional cost. Please enquire if you would like additional discounts when booking long-term accommodation with Renzo.

"Found dirty microwave and dirty pan in oven. Chipped crockery and wineglass. Promised replacement but did not arrive. Very steep stairs to bathroom and bedrooms. Toilet bowl very stained. "
