The location made it easy to navigate down to the pedestrian areas and the sea, about a 15-20 minute walk. It was very close to the Dia and Carrefour markets and we really appreciated that there was a washer AND dryer, that was a bonus for us! It was clean and there is a lift. The free parking was also a bonus as it would not be easy to find parking on the street. Our host was very helpful when we had an issue with the parking garage and bringing us batteries for the AC remotes.
Generally, it was a nice apartment but quite small for four people and two of the bedrooms were connected so you had to go through one bedroom to get out to the main part of the apartment. If you don't mind sharing, then it would be fine. The kitchen was nicely equipped but if you plan to cook, it's hard to have more than one person in the kitchen at a time. Finally, the common room sqeezed in a table for four, possibly 6 people and a couch and the TV. Not much room to spread out but we made it work.

Limpio y valido si lo que buscas sobretodo es un sitio para dormir cerca del centro.
La distribución de habitaciones no es cómoda, especialmente que haya que pasar por una habitación para llegar a otra.
No aconsejaría ir más de 4-5 personas, al tener solo un baño se hace incómodo y el salón es muy pequeño para más de 4 personas.
Son estrictos con la hora del check out, y no puedes dejar las maletas, salvo que hagas uso del parking que en ese caso puedes alargar la estancia del coche.

Odovzdanie bytu prebehlo hladko, pani hostitelka bola velmi mila :) Pri bookingu som si vsak nevsimla ze poplatok za neskorsi check-in (myslim ze po 22:00) je 30 eur navyse. Ale stale je to super pomer cena-vykon. Byt bol krajsi ako na fotkach a bola k dispozicii kava aj praci prostriedok. Super bolo mat pracku a susicku. Bolo by ale super doplnit vramci bytu izieb a kupelne nejake vesiaky na uteraky a zrkadlo do kazdej izby.
Parkovisko je sice v cene ubytovania ale je asi 10 min peso od budovy a nieje samoobsluzne. Na parkovisku sedi 24/7 osoba, ktorej odovzdate po zaparkovani kluce od auta a ked si po auto pridete tak vam ho vyparkuje. Mne to uplne nevyhovovalo pocitovo ale vsetko bolo nakoniec okej. Ale necakala som takyto typ parkovania.
