Great location. The apartment was nice and clean. However, when we arrived it was very hot in Milan, close to 40 'C, and house maintenance had just installed two temporary mobile aircondition equipment due to failures on both of the permanent airconditioners. The windows had to be open at all times to let the pipes from the airconditioners, and the noise was very loud. Not the best conditions for a good nights sleep.

The apartment is located in a very nice area.

Payment via credit card not accepted. High security deposit to which credit card payment is accepted. Multiple keys required from two safe-lock boxes - first set to get into bldg., + remote to use elevator, then gets replaced w/second set of keys/remote to apartment. Air conditioners are available in common areas, bedroom/loft bedroom but ambiente temperature stayed 24 C and cool air didn't get lower that 17 C - in short, we could not keep rooms cool enough to be comfortable. Upstairs shower drained slowly, water pooled, and shower walls/stone/tile could use a thorough scrub to eliminate mold and musty smell. The lower level bathroom had a tub w/handheld shower head - not unusual in European bathrooms, but not practical if guests are used to standing when showering. When it rains, water comes through kitchen window and small window in living room. I alerted owner's property manager of water coming in.
