About this apartment rental
A charming apartment in a traditional farmhouse, set on the hillside amongst olive groves and vineyards. This agriturismo makes a wonderfully peaceful holiday retreat.
The apartment sleeps 4 people, and is on the top floor of a sensitively restored house.
The fitted kitchen, is a combination of modern and traditional with terracotta tiled floors and dining table. It is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge/freezer and mokka coffee machine.
Guests can relax on the shaded balcony either dining al fresco, or just enjoying the stunning views out over the Nestore valley.
The outdoor space has been arranged with as much care as the interiors. By the shared outdoor pool, guests will find sun-loungers.

Bedroom 1: This charming bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a bunk bed and wardrobe.
Bathroom: The independent bathroom has a shower, bidet, basin and WC.

In the heart of unspoiled countryside, but only 2km from the village of Panicale, which is often called one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, this apartment is well placed to explore the treasures of Umbria.
There is plenty to do, on your doorstep. In the autumn guests can join the owners in the harvest. Both grapes for wine, followed by wine tasting. October/November is peak olive harvesting season, when, after picking, guests can then try the newly pressed olive oil. There is also horse riding on the farm, which can be organized in advance.
The capital of Umbria, Perugia is 45 minutes away. It is well worth a visit, as is the famous town of Assisi (1 hour) birthplace of St Francis and a site of pilgrimage.
The closest airport is at Perugia (50 minute drive) Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of June 2025 to the 15th of September 2025
