Nice but simple country house

House is located in secluded place, it’s very calm and relaxing. The owner Rosalda is very engaged and nice person. Pool is not huge, but very clean and nicely located among green bushes and field.

The house is actually connecting 2 apartments in one, two bedrooms are connected which is limiting privacy. It’s a true country house, very simple, most elements of the fitout (like beds, towels, cutlery, pots) are old and it looks like random collection from last 30 years. To go from one kitchen to another you have to cross whole house (and dishwasher is in one kitchen, microwave in second). It’s far (15-20 minutes drive) to closest shop. There’s a lot of insects in the area and in the house!

Peaceful, beautiful, a place to come back.

The owner of the house is extremely nice and helpful. The swimming pool is quite big. The surroundings is beautiful. There are a lot of trees that make shadow. There is an incredible view to the valley. The house is surrounded by lot of flowers. Inside it is very nice. A lot of kitchen tools if you want to cook. It wasn't clear for me from description but the house is created by 2 apartments that are divided by double doors. So you can pass from one to another without going outside or close the doors to separate them. If we go back to Tuscany for sure we will stay there. There is Wi-Fi in the house.

The only problem that we have notice is the fact that this offer is manged by some agency. They were not sure where the place is or were unable to explain. Fortunately I speak Italian and when we mention name of the owner, some people were able to help us to take the correct direction. At the end when we were on the right way the owner has called us and gave us details. It was not nice especially after 2 days of trip from Poland. The real location is 42.929268752806536, 11.831937731064636. You have to take the road from Sarteano to Radicofani SP478 and take the road to the right on 15.5km of the road. There is a sign "Agroturismo lo Scagnolo"

Mitten drin im Toskana-Feeling und der italienischen Gastfreundlichkeit

Der Pool hat den ganzen Tag zum Aufenthalt eingeladen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet (z.B. Waschmaschine). Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, was es schön ruhig macht, man ist wirklich für sich. Die Gastfreundlichkeit der Gastgeberin Rosalda war außergewöhnlich. Fast jeden Tag hat sie uns mit Gemüse, Eiern, Honig, Marmelade, Kuchen und Obst versorgt. Sie hat sich sehr um den Garten und den Pool gekümmert, ca. alle 2 Tage wurde der Poolroboter zu Wasser gelassen und der Garten gewässert. Sie hat uns gute Tipps für das Umland gegeben und war auch immer für einen netten Smalltalk zu haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und mitten drin im toskanischen Leben gefühlt
