Lovely farmhouse with amazing views for family with kids

I chose this agriturismo for the beautiful view of Tuscany, and it did not disappoint! The house is even more stunning in person than in the photos, with a lovely yard overlooking the rolling Tuscan hills. The home is spacious, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, which comfortably accommodated our family of seven. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, and they even provided the most delicious homemade croissants for breakfast. If you want to experience a true Tuscan agriturismo stay, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!

A few small things could be improved, the kitchen tools, pots, pans, and knives are a bit limited and quite old. The small shower in the first bedroom only has a curtain, which makes it easy to splash water, and the showerhead holder is broken, so you have to hold it while showering. That said, these are minor details and pretty normal for a farmhouse stay. They didn’t affect our experience much. We still absolutely loved the place!

Having been to Italy several times this was not in the top ten of places to stay.

We never met the host. So, no explanations on how any thing worked. Never did find the laundry. No list of local restaurants or things to do or wineries to visit.

Property and accommodations very beautiful. Breakfast was simple and good. Veronica is extremely kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

If you like peace and quite, this is your location. From here you can easily visit the lovely places of Umbria and also some part of Tuscany. After a long day, the cold house and the nice pool give you comfort.

Great location very quiet and peaceful

Broken fly shutters lots of cobwebs. In the bed you could feel.the springs had to turn the mattress and use the quilt as a bed topper. Lots of small flies couldn't get rid of and the plastic flowers covered in mold and dust not needed. A little bit dated with a small.amout of money spent on the rooms this could have been a fantastic stay.

Nice location, clean, great pool, but needs a bit of heart and home.

We loved the location, the pool and the size of our apartment very much, not forgetting the A/C! The covered carport and pool lounge offered great protection from the sun during a heat wave. The laundry also came in handy. The sunsets and sunrises out in the quiet countryside were nice to experience. The place was impeccably clean.

The mattresses and bed linen need a renew. The breakfast was fine, but we think in a agriturismo the standard should be higher than generic supermarket bought breakfast so that it conveys the agribusiness side. That said, the agri-part was indeed overall lacking, as were the right recommendations to the great food places in the vicinity (instead of the just OK places). The place has potential and good bones but needs new energy and an overhaul to compete with other nearby agriturismo of higher standard - it does not take a lot but a bit needs to be invested.

The location was magnificent. The surroundings were one of a kind. Peaceful. Veronica was available any time, kind and very helpful.

Nice agriturismo for a couple of days

Friendly staff, good location on the border of Umbrië and Tuscany for several trips. Nice swimming pool. Good breakfast.

Rough road for the last kilometer to get there. A bit isolated. Booked an apartment on 2 floors but got a bit small one on one floor, not corresponding with the pictures on booking. Building is also quite noisy and the bed looked really romantic but wasn’t comfortable at all unfortunately. We had four good days here but normally we find better value for money.

El interior de la casa, muy muy sucio. Restos de los anteriores huéspedes. Pelos, manchas, restos, suciedad. La poca comunicación con el anfitrión. El sofá y las camas eran muy incómodos. El wifi funcionaba sólo a ratos. Era una estancia de 4 días y no teníamos papel de WC de repuesto. No hay nada en la casa, si quieres cocinar tienes que llevar tú la sal, aceite, azúcar, ...

Il silenzio e la serenità che cercavamo

La struttura ben tenuta e ben organizzata, la piscina pulita e ben curata, la posizione che ha garantito silenzio e riposo ma anche la possibilità di raggiungere e visitare luoghi di interesse. Ottima accoglienza e gentilezza da parte di Veronica.

Une belle maison dans un environnement très calme et magnifique. Superbe coin piscine pour les fins de journées après les visites. Les paniers petits déjeuners sur commande tous les matins bien appréciables. Une supérette à 5minutes pour faire les courses. A moins de 1 heure de toutes les villes de Toscane et Ombrie que nous souhaitions visiter.

Un manque d'équipement dans la cuisine. Sanitaires un peu vétuste.

Non immediatamente facile trovare l’agriturismo giusto, ma problema risolto in 10 minuti. Tutto il resto è stato eccellente.

Tolle Anlage im Herzen Italiens

Die Lage war traumhaft, extrem ruhig und ideal für Ausflüge rund um den Lago Trasimeno, kulturellen Highlights von Umbrien und die südliche Toskana. Vorbildliche Mülltrennung. Anlage sehr gepflegt. Räume sehr großzügig. Zwei Bäder; aber Duschkabine verhältnismäßig eng. Toller Frühstücksservice im rustikalen Korb nach vorabendlicher Bestellung. Parkplatz mit Sonnendach.

Waschmaschine und Bügelbrett vorhanden, allerdings sehr in die Jahre gekommen und etwas schmuddelig. Leider war der Pool nicht nutzbar, da wohl die notwendige Reinigung noch nicht durchgeführt worden war (Algenversatz).

Nicht empfehlenswert

Super schöne Lage in der Toskana für Ausflüge nach zb. Montepulciano. Frühstück wurde in einem Picknick Korb bereitgestellt, man konnte auswählen, für uns war alles dabei. Schöne Anlage.

Es hat sehr stark nach parfümiertem Putzmittel/Waschmittel gestunken, sodass unsere Augen gereizt waren. Nach erneutem eigenständigem Putzen wurde es mit der Zeit etwas besser. Mega Hellhörig, man konnte jedes Wort der anderen Gäste hören, einen erholsamen Schlaf oder die Ruhe der tollen Lage in der Toskana konnten wir so nicht genießen. Die Ausstattung ist super dürftig und lieblos eingerichtet, sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Alte Möbel, antike Couch, alles mit Holzwürmer besiedelt. Die Küchenausstattung war spartanisch. Keine Steckdose in der Küche. In der Dusche war bereits viel Schimmel. Der Pool war Mitte Mai noch nicht verfügbar, das wussten wir aber.

לא היו לנו הערות מיוחדות, בשבילנו המקום היה מושלם. לא היה קשר אישי עם בעלי המקום, הקשר היה דרך בווטסאפ, מלאה אחרי כל בקשה שלנו.

Posto ideale per relax e gite nei dintorni.

Abbiamo avuto a disposizione un intero appartamento con due camere da letto e due bagni. Il nostro appartamento era adatto anche a persone diversamente abili, un gesto a nostro avviso molto apprezzabile. Prima colazione semplice ma buona; bellissima posizione immersa nel verde delle colline umbre; un giardino che invita a fermarsi e a leggere. Un paio di ristoranti buoni a poca distanza di macchina; 30-40' per Perugia; 60' per Assisi. Siamo stati molto bene.
