Watchtower from the 1500s near Lago di Chiusi

You’ll stay in an authentic 16th-century watchtower, carefully restored and situated in a quiet location in a small village on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. The house offers a simple and authentic rural experience, surrounded by the vineyards of Montepulciano, a hilly landscape, and volcanic lakes, with a millennia-old Etruscan heritage.

You can admire spectacular sunrises over Lake Chiusi right from the house. The small lake is nestled in a peaceful landscape, characterized by rolling fields and grazing livestock.



UNESCO World Heritage sites such as Siena, Assisi, Pienza, and the Val d’Orcia are less than an hour’s drive away. The wine towns of Montepulciano and Montalcino, the hillside town of Castiglione del Lago, and Lake Trasimeno are all within easy reach.
