Casa Febea is a traditional Tuscan home, newly restored and perfectly integrated into the surrounding countryside. Set within a beautifully maintained estate of 24 hectars of private lush park and olive groves ,it offers peace, privacy, and a truly relaxing atmosphere.
The property accommodates up to six guests and is ideal for those seeking a tranquil retreat. Whether you prefer complete privacy or wish to enhance your stay with additional services, everything can be arranged to suit your needs, including private chefs, excursions, and personal trainers.
The house features free Wi Fi throughout, mosquito nets on all windows, and three bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.
Casa Febea enjoys a prime location in the heart of Italy, making it an excellent base for exploring the region. Florence, Rome, Siena, and the renowned wine area of Montepulciano are all within easy reach. The motorway exit at Chiusi is just five minutes away,
The private swimming pool is set within a carefully maintained garden just a short distance from the house. The pool measures 8 by 4 meters with a depth of 1.4 meters and is available from April until the end of October. Heating is available on request at an extra cost
The property is located just five minutes from Chiusi, an ancient Etruscan town rich in history, with archaeological sites and tombs dating back thousands of years. Nearby Cetona is a charming medieval village, listed among the most beautiful in Italy, offering breathtaking views and a unique atmosphere.
A range of additional services and experiences can be arranged on request to enhance your stay. These include cooking classes where guests can learn to prepare fresh handmade pasta, traditional Tuscan dinners prepared by a private chef, wine tastings at the villa.

This was everything we thought it would be…quiet, beautiful, peaceful, and comfortable. The staff were very communicative and accommodating. It is also a great central location to branch out and explore. We rented a car during our stay, but it is also close to the Chiusi train station for day trips. It was very difficult to leave, but we hope to return someday.

The check in process was quick and easy. We were delayed a bit due to our flight to Rome being late, and a few wrong turns. Alice was very patient with us arriving later than expected. You’re given the key and the entrance gate code/fob. Love that the property/estate is gated. The grounds are immaculate and the pool was cleaned every day. Jacopo was there every morning to clean the pool and water the gorgeous plants and flowers that are all over the Casa Febea. I wished I had engaged more with him, but did not want to disturb him too much. When we did engage with him, he was very kind and gave a lot of history of the estate. Amazing place.
Alice was very helpful to provide restaurant advice, trains, parking at train stations, and just overall a gem of information.
We paid for a cooking class there at our Casa and it was a lot of fun. Our group consisted of myself, my Daughter, and my Sister.
Fortunately we did not need the AC because it was low 60s at night and mid 70s in daytime. If there were any concerns or recommendations that I would like to improve the stay would be to have better utensils such as knives, better pots and pans, and more wine glasses to use. Other than that we had a blast and would definitely stay there again and bring the rest of the family and rent two of the properties. Great location to be able to drive to get trains to Sienna and Florence. We drove to Montalcino, and Montepulciano with ease.

Our stay was great. Property was spacious and offered different ways of cooking. BBQ outside was great for several of our dinners. Optional wine choices within the property were many and reasonably priced.
Had problems with several of the interior doors sticking ornate closing which should be dealt with.
