Located at the foot of the hills, where the Etruscan town of Cortona stands, this modern retreat for family and friends promises complete rejuvenation and regeneration of guests of all ages. Outside, amidst delightful sunshine, there is a large private pool to enjoy summertime dips and a lovely pergola with open-air dining and a barbecue for an exquisite dining experience.
The villa is divided into 2 levels, with a total of 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as interiors adapted to all weather conditions to ensure maximum comfort and convenience. There is air-conditioning, central heating and even a romantic fireplace. The living room directly gives out the patio and features an easy-breezy layout with sofas, a traditional fireplace, a flat-screen TV and a full kitchen. Guests can use the dishwasher, microwave, oven, drip coffee machine and fridge available to make their holiday completely carefree.

All bedrooms in the villa are spacious and bright. Two bedrooms have a double bed and wardrobe, while the remaining two have 2 single beds and a wardrobe.

We found Villa San Lorenzo to be a perfect home away from home for all of us. (My husband, myself and 3 adult sons)
We did not want to stay in town but chose to stay in a more rural area which was not for from the lovely hillside town of Cortona. We rented a car and found it pretty easy to go to the grocery store and other towns.
The home is spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool large and refreshing.
The owner, Daniele greeted us with his lovely assistant Valentina and he checked in on us regularly to make sure we were ok and that all was well. He assisted us with transportation in a way that was above and beyond our expectations. We were grateful for his hospitality!

We had a lovely stay at the villa. The owner was very helpful and the villa was clean and tidy.
The children loved the pool.
Villa was a great location for fast train to Rome (nearby station) and a drive to Florence plus many other beautiful hill top towns.

Lovely villa, if slightly tired in living area.
Great location to visit Rome (fast train from nearby station), Florence by car and lots of other lovely places. Also not too far from supermarkets.
Owner very responsive with any issues.
Very well stocked kitchen - lots of crockery, glasses and cutlery.
Pool fantastic, kids loved it.
