Agriturismo Le Anfore

O fato de ter estacionamento gratuito dentro da propriedade é ótimo! A equipe muito simpática e atenciosa. A localização para quem quer conhecer as cidades mais famosas da Val d'Orcia não é das melhores, porque ele fica um pouco afastado, mas como estávamos de carro isso não foi um grande problema. A piscina é um ponto alto. Entretanto, seria ótimo ter um serviço de bar para atender essa área. Não tem nada perto, por isso jantamos no restaurante do hotel todos os dias. A comida era deliciosa!

The property is nestled in a beautiful area. Perfect landing point if you rent a car, stay here for a couple of days and go visit surrounding cities (Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza, San Giminiano). The pool is a SAVIOR when it’s a hot day: it allows you to cool down early morning and after a hot day. It’s very quiet and lovely. The surrounding areas provide lovely walk opportunities. The staff was lovely and welcoming. Lubiana (evening shift) and Mona (morning shift) were both lovely and made our stay very pleasant. Just a few km away, you can enjoy Marta’s handmade pasta in Sarteano village (in the roundabout near the village entrance) and if you want to have dinner outside the agriturismo (which was good and great wine), you can also try Astrone where food is also delicious.

I think this property used to be a 10/10 back in the days where the restaurant was a Michelin (cerca 2010-2011) and busier than today. I think it’s lost a bit of its soul/touch, but the owners and staff is really trying hard and are welcoming of any feedback (e.g. the breakfast cheese was really not good, we told them, next day onwards, it was proper cheese). Give it a try, it’s a great place to stay!

The location is beautiful and quiet, with views of olive groves and vineyards that I truly enjoyed. Even in late autumn, the setting was peaceful and the air was clear. It's a great base for exploring the area, but for me, it was a perfect escape. My room was clean, comfortable, and warm. Breakfast was standard and more than sufficient. They have their own vineyards and although the restaurant was closed during my stay, the staff organised small tasting of their awesome wine and olive oil (very fresh - this year's pressing and excellent). I would highly recommend

I liked that it is located in nature, outside the city.

The sheets were dirty, bin was ful of trash from guests befoure us, pool was not working.
