Huge 2 floor flat with recently renovated bathrooms and superbly helpful host!

the host was superbly polite and helpful - although he only spoke Italian. The flat is 2 floors and very big, bathrooms recently renovated and it is obvious the host has put a lot of effort in making it comfortable for the guests. there is a big garden at the back you can use if the weather permits. overall super clean, we had plenty of body and face towels in each room and he left us complimentary water which was good. quiet property, perfect for a couple of nights with family or friends - we were a family of 5 and stayed for one night and we absolutely loved it! the fact the property has 2 full bathrooms (one on each floor) makes it perfect for a large family.

the only thing i would say is that the bathtub on the top floor bathroom did not have any curtains so it can get messy - water is spilled outside easily.

- Everything was good/perfect, it was a pity we only stayed for one night - Near Cortona, - Giant rooms and bathroom, - The owners are very nice, only Italian language, but with a translator everything works fine ;-)

I'd have no problem recommending others to stay here.

The hosts live next door so getting the keys was easy. We were given a newly baked cake, 2 litres of milk and 2 bottles of water. We felt very welcomed! The house was cool and very well equipped. There were only two of us but the house is equipped for 6 or 7 visitors and with the two bathrooms it would be no problem with a larger group. There was plenty of room to park, often in the shade. The house is in an excellent place if you have a car and use it as a base to explore the area.

The host family only spoke Italian (which we don't) but it was no problem and we managed to understand each other. If you speak a little Italian then I would consider this a plus point - you'll have an excellent chance to practice!

Increíble todo El trato de la familia espectacular. Son muy hospitalarios. Nos han recomendado sitios y ayudado en todo lo que han podido. Recomendable 100% Las camas muy cómodas. Hemos estado 7 y genial. Mosquiteras en toda la casa, abres a la noche y hace fresquito. Y si no te apetece abrir hay ventiladores en todas las estancias. Hemos descansado genial La piscina espectacular. Unos atardeceres de escándalo Barbacoa para disfrutar en familia Cocina perfectamente equipada En plena toscana. Paisajes increíbles y tranquilidad Facilidad de check in fuera de horario porque nuestro avión llegaba tarde
