Leider nicht besonders hilfbereit
Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine, falls man länger bleiben möchte.
Im Bad sind die Fugen schimmlig. Man muss mit der Unterkunft einen Videocall abhalten, um zu verifizieren, dass man es wirklich ist. Das Problem ist, dass die Verwaltung der Räume über whatsapp kommuniziert und irgendwie gerne mal die Leute durcheinander zu bringen scheint. Wir mussten wegen eines nicht geplanten Termins in der Firma früher gehen, haben sogar ein offizielles Schreiben der Firma mitgebracht, in welchem darum gebeten wird, die restlichen Nächte zu erstatten. Darauf wurde trotz meiner mehrfachen Versuche nicht eingegangen. Also habe ich für eine Nacht knapp 400 Euro gezahlt, weil mir keiner entgegengekommen ist. Man wird an Booking weitergeleitet, Booking leitet einen an die Unterkunft weiter und da beißt sich die Schlange in den Schwanz. Ich finde es äußerst ärgerlich, dass sich keiner bemüht. Die Unterkunft konnte also im Endeffekt das Zimmer von Freitag auf Sonntag doppelt belegen, weil wir ja sicher draußen waren. Ich habe meinen Teil der Gleichung erfüllt und bin ziemlich enttäuscht, dass mir hier keinen Schritt entgegen gekommen wurde. Am Samstag kam eine whatsapp, ob man kommen dürfte, die Dusche zu reparieren. Auf meine Frage hin, wer da fragt, kam keine Antwort. Also alles ein bisschen wild. Wenn das Hekmek drumrum nicht gewesen wäre, ist es sicher eine tolle Unterkunft. Aber sehr schade, dass es für uns eben so ausgegangen ist. Eine teure Nacht...

Perfection!!!
Poziom apartamentu naprawdę wysoki, kuchnia dobrze zaopatrzona, łazienka czysta i przede wszystkim dużo przestrzeni. Największą zaletą jest chyba jednak sama lokalizacja. Bardzo przyjemna i ładna okolica.

La posizione (a noi serviva nei pressi dello stadio perciò perfetta) fermata autobus a 2 passi, la pulizia
La porta d'ingresso è praticamente sulla strada, rumori e luce già al mattino Presto. Mancavano detergenti, per la doccia e lo zucchero.

Praticità e relax
Ambiente pulito, confortevole, attrezzato anche per lunghe permanenze. Benché la struttura non abbia una posizione centrale, la zona è ben servita sotto vari aspetti che rendono il soggiorno molto piacevole, le attrazioni bolognesi sono facilmente raggiungibili.
