Overall a good stay

Nice large accomodation and well facilitated. Location great near beach and good range of activities near by.

The booking.com advert didn't state that access to the 'private pools' was NOT included in the cost and that we had to pay £40 for family to access the pools for the week.

Lovely caravan stay

Lovely clean caravan, very spacious and equipped with everything you need for a weekend away, we made use of the cooking facilities which was great. Great location. Shop right opposite caravan. Close to beaches and lots to do locally. Hosts very helpful and good communication. Thank you

Everything was great, it was central to the shop, laundrette and pools. Everything was pretty clean and had everything we needed including coffee, tea and towels. Great for families with children. The indoor swimming pool at the holiday park was very clean and warm.

Everything was clean, however the bottom of the shower had a bit of black mold that could do with some bleach or something. Apart from that it was great.

My holiday

It was a nice experience which went beyond my experience. We really enjoyed a lot as the caravan was really comfy and well arranged. Check in and check out procedures were already informed so we didn't faced any hassles. I'll definitely come back again but that'll be a one week stay because I like the property, location, facilities very much.

Peaceful, quiet, close enough to Newquay

Please change your description of the pool- you’ve described a “private pool” which to some would suggest it has its own maybe. You might get stuck on that if someone challenged for a partial refund?

Number 69 Newquay Bay Resort

The staff were very friendly in the shop, surf shop (crepes were amazing!) and the bar area.

The carpet was ripped. I did inform the manager who said its being replaced this week and didn't want to cancel us. But considering how much we'd paid it wasn't very good. Also we had to re-wash all the plates and cutlery as they had food stuck to them. The beds were very uncomfortable. Basically that caravan should not have been let until its had a major revamp and we only stayed a night. We all said we couldn't sleep another night in those beds. Very disappointing and a waste of money. Also grass growing on the roof.

Great Mobile Home

Beautiful mobile home and allowed to take pets. Owners were extremely accommodating. Lovely location with lots of walks and close to the Porth beach and restaurant.

Everything was really clean, and well looked after. There we're plenty of cutlery and dishes for us to use. Also a working fridge and a ketle was nice. Toilets we're packed with towels as well. Would reccomend!
