Had a great time, definitely worth the money. Would do it all again!

View was good, the dining/living room was cosy, all the utensils you need are in the cupboards and any other items such as iron or hoover were all accessible.

The shower had poor stability, the water pressure was spot on and warm every time without issue but the shower head stand kept falling down which was a bit of a nuisance. The signal from this particular area was really bad. No service at all in the valley but the free WiFi made up for it !

We had such a wonderful stay in Newquay! The place was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated—so warm, cosy, and welcoming. The hosts went the extra mile by providing thoughtful touches like jam, coffee, and tea, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The highlight, though, had to be the stunning view. We looked out onto peaceful countryside fields dotted with cows and sheep—absolutely perfect for a relaxing escape and just a short drive to the beach. It was a perfect blend of comfort and charm, and we’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

Great location and base to explore Cornwall, big caravan with everything you need provided. Hosts were super quick at responding and giving all the necessary info and even left us some scones, jam and cream which was thoughtful.

Holiday home was clean and really spacious. Lovely view. Well equipped and great communication from the owner. You need a driver. Although a walk up the hill and down to the Mermaid pub (and the lovely beach at Porth) brings you to a bus stop. Taxi back from Newquay for 4 of us and the dog was reasonable at £13. We went at Easter so outside pool wasn't open. The inside one was warm and also had a steam room and sauna. Could do with a little tlc. The club house was just getting going at start of season, so pretty quiet, but had activities on, was friendly and the dog enjoyed the disco 🐶.

"We had an exceptional stay at the caravan. It was impeccably clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views from the caravan were absolutely stunning, providing a truly picturesque setting. Communication with Kayleigh was flawless; she was prompt and attentive in her responses. A lovely and thoughtful touch was the welcoming gift of a pint of milk, scones, clotted cream, and jam—perfectly timed after our six-hour drive. We would undoubtedly return and highly recommend this experience."

Lovely stay and would return ☺️

The holiday home is lovely - bright and modern, clean and with everything you need. We were 6 adults and had plenty of room to relax and eat in the caravan. We also managed to cook a full breakfast for 6 people with no issues at all. There are 2 bathrooms - one with a shower and the other just a sink and toilet off the main bedroom. The outdoor area is lovely - we didn’t have great weather to use it but the views are lovely and we definitely would have if the sun was out. Directions from the host were perfect - definitely take the advice to go through Newquay as opposed to down the narrow lane (especially in the dark). The host has been friendly and had plenty of contact and recommendations. Paying a security deposit by bank transfer is unusual for booking.com but not for a caravan site, so no need to worry about that part either.

This relates to the site and not the holiday home. We eat in the clubhouse and played bingo on Friday - apart from being surprisingly expensive the food tasted ok (but wouldn’t eat there again).

Nice little holiday home, has all the basic things you need and the welcome hamper was a nice touch!! Great WiFi speed and views of the valley!! Lucky enough we had amazing weather!! Thank you Kayleigh!!

A fan would be nice, as the holiday home got extremely warm during the day and didn't want to leave the windows open while we were out. As it's self catering, a few things in the kitchen could improve such as sharp knives, a smaller frying pan with lid. And then maybe a gas bbq on the decking would also be great!! That's just our opinion.

Lovely property- very quiet site - towels and bed linen all provided along with complementary tea coffee sugar if you forget your own and cream scones. Nice having an extra toilet with adults

Would have been nice to use a BBQ but sadly not allowed Settee uncomfortable and not big enough for more than 4 around table Long hilly walk to local beach or even longer if walking to Newquay

Nice caravan in a good location for experiencing Cornwall.

Location was very good, we were in the area to visit Port Isaac and had never been to Cornwall before. Thought it would be fun to experience a Caravan vacation. We were only there for three days so never got a chance to visit the beach, but being from Florida the beach was not a big draw. The small market in the Caravan park was a plus. Loved the view of the hills/fields from the front deck, very peaceful. Very quiet there at the time we were there. Was nice to have three bedrooms. Everything was a bit compact, but it's a caravan, so that was expected. Accidently left behind my wife's purse when we left. Cleaners found it and host tried to contact us about an hour after leaving, but we missed the message. By the time I got it we were at Stonehenge and could not easily return. Fortunately we were due to be in London a week later and our host arranged to have the purse sent to a friend we would be visiting. We were able to retrieve the purse in London and everything was good! Kudos to our host Kayleigh for helping us out.

Upon arrival we had to search the caravan for towels to take a shower. Found them in a bag under the main bed and they were not dry. Had to place them in front of radiators to dry them. Host told us it was a new cleaning crew and apologized for the mishap. Also no soap but we had our own. My 19 year old daughter did not like the thinness of the walls, but it's a caravan so that was not unexpected.
