The location was a little hard to find as given no instructions but inside the caravan was decorated lovely and had all we needed to make breakfast, e.g pots plates, pans

I would’ve liked to be provided sheets and duvet covers as we came from very far and it was hard for all of us to bring sheets but when we were there this was no a problem

Not good caravan

The location is generally good: convenient, quiet, and pleasant to stay in. However, the house itself unfortunately left mixed impressions. It was clear that the house had not been cleaned for a long time — there was dog hair everywhere, including in the bed, which was very unpleasant. The curtains are old and torn, and there is mold on them as well as in some other areas of the house. The door is broken, and there are visible signs of wear and damaged furniture throughout the house. Door handles and plumbing are also broken — the faucets work poorly and leak. There were also problems with check-in: the door code was incorrect, and we had great difficulty getting the key because the lock jams and appears very old. With better maintenance, regular cleaning, and timely repairs, the house could be a really good option, but in its current condition the level of comfort leaves much to be desired.

Our stay was lovely but let down by the facilities being shut meaning we had to drive to find things to do with the kids

The property was clean and tidy however very cold..

The heating kept going back down to 16 degrees, the facilities on site were shut which was not explained in the advertisement.

Some mattresses were worn and uncomfortable and stained upholstery here and there but that is usual thing in such accommodation.

Not worth the hassle, poor quality caravan home

Nothing was well mentioned I would give zero, the entrance to this particular one is terrible in comparison to the rest of the holiday park.

Big no no, first pace I came accross who ask guest to bring thier own bed linen and towel their would be extra, odd charge of over £50 to £65 if you ask for it later. They say it's, stated in advert but it is not a comfortable stay with mattress punching spring. The property has bits and bobs damages, make sure to take pictures as the host is not on site and may try to claim extra for no particular reason and offset the damage claim on you.. This place is one of the kind, just a place if you want a crash pad nothing like the pictures the quality is not their. Also I got prank call in middle of night as my phone number was, share with the host and the kids got hold of it. Not sure how much at peace can one be at the place. Once been to Newquay realised their were much better places for less of the price and quality of standard maintained. I would give 2 out of 10 Tea coffee not provided but kept a coffee machine which needs expensive pods. The list of issues goes on but I won't rant just explore and find out yourself..the communication is a bit more toward making guest feel a bit under pressure over the phone a bit heavy handed approch. As mentioned its one of a kind, Never had this hostile approve with any other host in my experience using booking.com surprised they are still on market for people to book. Host need to get his stuff together to make it worth for guest.
