Excellent location. Beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Very comfortable bed. Everywhere was very clean. Contact numbers were left for us in case we had a issues or questions and full instructions for all appliances were in a convenient folder.

You will not regret it.

The apartment was amazing. Good location very good size, honestly the furniture were not typical holiday home's furniture, they were beautiful. The beds and the pillows very comfortable, the kitchen had every little thing that you might need and really safe and clean. Wendy and her husband were there the minute you wanted them very polite with a smile doing anything you needed. We were feeling at home. Thank you very very much.

The thunderstorms but that has nothing to do with the apartment. Has everything to do with not choosing wisely when to go .

Fantastic apartment, lovely hosts and close to everything you need in Newquay

What's not to like? The apartment was modern, spacious, clean, in a prime location close to Newquay Centre and to a number of beaches. Having started our west country holiday in a bit of nightmare situation, Wendy very kindly accepted us with an on-the-day booking. The building has a number of apartments and parking out front for up to 7 cars, spaces being allocated on the size of apartment. Security was via a front door key code and individual lock boxes for each apartment. On entry, we discovered a fantastic, modern apartment with fully furnished and high-spec kitchen/dining area (with built-in dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave and all utensils you could need), living area with electrical recliner sofas, a master bedroom with shower room en-suite, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with bath and shower. Each room came equipped with a TV, the living area with DAB radio and strong Wi-Fi throughout. All furniture was very comfortable and made for a very relaxed stay. There's plenty of electrical sockets throughout, but guests should make sure they bring sufficient USB adaptors for their needs. Although we didn't use it, there was also a conservatory and outdoor area, which even has provisions for sandy wet suits. Wendy and Dave were very welcoming hosts and made us feel completely at ease for the duration of our stay. The apartment went well beyond what we were expecting for a holiday let.

Newquay a great town to visit

Meadow View apartments are just home from home spacious and well appointed with all the facilities we required during our stay. Parking is a problem in Newquay but there was plenty of space available for all the guests even when we came back later in the evening. Having the use of outside space is a must as the weather was warm and sunny a great place to relax over our glasses of wine. We enjoyed eating in some nights but also sampled a Chinese restaurant as well as the Griffin Inn which catered for our British taste and appealed to our Grandson who has a good appetite and made fast work of his burger and chips.

Really fun and easy

really good location, right by the beach and 10 minute walk to the town, short drive to the zoo.. it was so pretty and comfortable, way bigger than expected which is nice and was nice to be left to do our own thing

There wasn’t anything in particular it was pretty perfect for us, only thing we couldn’t find was a knife and fork, but we didn’t mind we had a good laugh using the big cooking spoons to eat

Great property if you want to visit Newquay

Nicely decorated, well equipped, very clean, tidy and well looked after property. Hosts were very responsive to questions about checking in and checking out. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and town so the location is great. Could not have asked for a better property for my time in Newquay

Home away from home, ideal base camp to explore Southern Cornwall

We were staying at the Chalet at Meadow Views, which is an absolutely outstanding jewel in the rear yard of the property. Wendy is an exceptional host, we felt almost at home from day one. The Chalet is in top condition, the high quality appliances are all like new, everything is clean and well maintained. The location is ideal for a vacation in and around Newquay, the town center is only a few walking minutes away. The private car park is very useful when you arrive by (rental) car.

Exquisite! and great location

We booked the Superior Challet. Exquisite! Lovely hosts. Everything - plus more - thought of. The chalet was spacious, very well fitted-out to a very high standard and it was spotless. Lovely garden to relax in after a days outing. Easy on-site parking. Close to Fistral beach, with Rick Stein's and other tasty restaurants a 20 min walk. Small SPAR shop 5 min walk. Town 15 imins walk in the opposite direction. At the top of a hilly road, but not too steep if you are abled. We loved it and hope to go again

Only slight negative was an automatic light in the entrance hall, which would not normally be a problem, but we put our 2 year old in there in his travel cot so had to disable the sensor to stop it coming on during the night?

Amazing little gem

Private chalet in a quiet area at the back of the property. Home from home. In easy walking distance to the centre. We have stayed 3 times now and can't wait to stay again! Communication with Wendy is great. Clean, tidy and has all the amenities including a washing machine, dishwasher and a fire.

My only dislike but I wouldn’t say it was a dislike as was only a small thing. A little noisy overnight from a vent above the double doors in the main bedroom but the weather overnight was exceptionally windy and wet so I expect on a calm night there would been no noise

Location was perfect and we were self catering so breakfast not applicable , the appartment is superb absolutely everything has been thought of . The garden area is perfect for sitting out as well, everything has been thought off and is of high quality

This isn’t a criticism and there is a washer but maybe a couple of bath towels per person would be helpful so you have time to wash and dry them, not a game changer only a suggestion , we could hang them out as it was dry weather , other than that it is exceptional ,

Easily accessible. Clean, modern, fully fitted and equipped apartment - with free wifi. Looked just like the photos! Quiet neighborhood perfect for chilling between excursions with a lovely outdoor area for sundowners or just to sit outside and chat. Central location meant exploring greater Cornwall with day trips was so much easier! And quick walk into Newquay and the beach! Couldn’t ask for more.
