Excellent house with ample parking for two cars . Love this place stayed there twice now . Bueatiful scenery overlooking the sea and town . Upside down hose living quarters upsatairs so you get the views would highly recommend this place We will be going back .

Plenty of space for a family of 8. Fantastic sea views. Comfortable beds and well equipped utility room, perfect for sandy clothes and wetsuits! Great to have two parking spaces and only 15 mins walk to shops. Well equipped kitchen and new appliances. Only down side is all the stairs! The house is over 4 floors so there is a lot of climbing up and down - This house is not for the elderly or those with mobility issues. But overall a lovely modern spacious house which we would recommend for any family holidaying in Newquay.
