key box a little tricky to open

Beautiful location and beautiful property with great views out onto the sea. Kitchen was lovely and the beds were comfy.
The outside area did not match the pictures. the outside furniture was rusty and the floor cladding was slippery and seemed somewhat dangerous. We got off to a rocky start with no heating in which I called the on-call person and was told to send a picture (Saturday night this was) I sent a picture which was then followed up by a response of 'oh it looks like the pressure has gone in the boiler turn it off by the mains....' I did not know where this was, so was asked to then send a video of the boiler layout which I done, I then got no response and had to subsequently follow up on Sunday. this was rectified on the Sunday which was great though! The shower leaked into the downstairs bedroom also which was also fixed very quickly when this was reported. I don't want this to detract from the fact that the property is truly stunning and its a real gem.
