Lovely sea view and good location . Staff came straight away when we could not get the patio door open. Clean apartment

The first impressions of the place was not good due to the dirty/smelly hallway and stairs Bath towels were tiny. Needs a bit of a spruce up in the main bathroom. Both settees very uncomfortable

1. Great value for money. 2. Tea and Coffee were available. Really useful after a long journey. 3. Shower gels, soap and towels provided. 4. Parking is easily accessible. Carpark over the road is free at night, cheap anyway. 5. Superb views out to sea. 6. Very clean.

Don’t be put off by the inner hallways of the building. Really well appointed and needs of guests are well considered.

Specious 3 bedroom apartment in great location

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment in a great location.10 mins walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Enjoy a sea view from the balcony. The apartment is clean and fully equipped with everything you need. Easy access and one free parking space included. I highly recommend this place :)

Definitely stay again

It was huge, only 3 of us plus dog. The apartment was lovely and clean on arrival. The welcome basket of tea/coffee/milk was a nice touch too. Nice having the little balcony with a sea view. No noise from the neighbours either.

No good if you struggle with stairs and I didn’t plan in the amount of trips up and down with dog for the toilet 🙈 wouldn’t put me off staying again though.

Really needs some TLC. Lots needs doing to calm it a penthouse. The kitchen floor is a death trap. The communal area is very run down, dirty with an array of air fresheners. No smart tv. Dirty carpets.

Great location for a stay in Newquay

Excellent location. Car parking spot. Clean and tidy. Eco conscious with tge disposal of rubbish.. Dog friendly. Great view of the sea and Newquay from the balcony. Not even a 10 min walk in to Newquay town centre. It was a key code door access so no worry about forgetting keys etc. Great customer service from Fiona at Diamond holidays. Clean towels and linen on arrival with handy toiletries in the bathrooms.

It would have been even better if there had been a blind up at the bathroom window. The apartment was slightly dated but it was clean and tidy. Other than that there was nothing of note. We got what we paid for and we were happy with that.

Perfect home base for a family holiday!

Fabulous property! A perfect central location for Newquay - we could walk down into the main high street in less than 5 minutes (and that’s maintaining the walking pace of a 2 year old). Mount Wise also has plenty of bus stops and several stops for the land train. Newquay football club is right behind the building, but we never experienced any issues with traffic/crowds/noise. The property itself was fantastic - so much space and had everything that we needed. A real ‘home from home’. The parking space was a fantastic convenience. The hosts even had the apartment ready for us a couple hours before expected which was a lovely surprise.

The loud music into the early hours, and full on domestic one night, screaming and shouting as well as music from the flat above, would put me off from going again, such a shame as it’s a great apartment

Would definitely recommend for a stay in Newquay.

Communication was very good, the apartment was easy to find, comfortable and well furnished. Having items included like shampoo, dishwasher tablets and salt/pepper was a nice bonus! The beds were very comfy as well. The view was fantastic, and we found the location very handy for the middle of Newquay.

There was quite a bit of party noise from a neighbouring apartment, particularly on Friday night (Loud music until early morning) - we didn’t stay on Saturday night so not sure if this would have been the case all weekend. The bedroom was very warm at night (although we did stay in June), having a fan provided would be a nice extra.

The location was lovely, and the apartment was so okay. Very close to the town centre.

The staff were absolutely horrible, never ever experienced anything like this before. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The entrance of the property was very unpleasant and very outdated. It's not worth the money.

The property was beautiful. We stepped into our apartment and was so clean and the balcony view was amazing.

The only downside is the hallway area is quite run down, but doesn’t make a difference to the apartment itself

Good location and had everything we needed. But the double bed and sofa bed are not comfortable.

Great location. Balcony was a bonus. The apartment generally had everything we needed and was pretty clean. Easy check in.

The double bed seemed very small. More like a queen bed. In such a big room it would be easy to fit a king size. We struggled to share, so one of us had to take the sofa bed which was not very comfortable. The extra blankets/throws didn't smell fresh. Also the upstairs neighbour was playing loud music at 5am on Sunday morning.

Great place to stay, worth every penny!

The apartment was great, well furnished and had everything we needed. The beds were clean and comfortable, both bathrooms were clean with adequate toiletries. The views were amazing and there was plenty of light coming in through the large windows.

The corridor leading to the apartment was a bit dodgy and run down. It smelt funky and was filthy. The rubbish, although initially separated in the apartment, was put in the same bin outside (so I don’t know if it’s recycled properly or not)

Fantastic apartment with amazing view. Very large master bedroom with en suite. Everything you need is supplied towels,shampoo etc Short walk to town centre and you have your own parking space. Would book again.

A brilliant apartment very central to town well worth booking.

The property was clean, central to the town and the balcony was a big bonus. Also having a parking space with the apartment was great. Apartment it’s self is fairly modern the showers are good and the en-suite room is massive. Ok the hallway isn’t the most glamorous in the world but it’s ok and it’s a secure entry and in no way a reflection on how nice the apartment its self is.
