Modern, spacious surf retreat in a prime location

We have been visiting Newquay regularly for the past 10 years, and this apartment made our experience once again very enjoyable. The location was fantastic, and parking was not an issue at all. We used the car park outside the train station, which is only 1 min walk from the apartment. It was also great value at just over £12 for 24 hours. The bedroom was located at the back of the apartment, so we didn’t experience any noise from the road, which made for a very peaceful stay. The facilities were excellent, and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. In fact, this has been by far the best accommodation we have experienced during our visits to Newquay. Highly recommended!

Nothing to dislike

Just two minutes from the beach — the perfect location for surfing, with the vibrant city center also within walking distance.

Location was amazing everything on your doorstep beach was 3 mins away such a beautiful place.Flat was lovely clean and good size living room. Bedroom was nice gd comfy bed.one of bed sofas was comfy .Was amazing time and the flat was lovely bright and clean Location out of this world thank you for lovely time and we had sunshine full 2wks we were there 😀

Location was great

The property was not clean. There was hair covering the drain in the shower and excessive mould The linen provided consisted of one small towel and one large towel. No bath mat and no toilet roll holder Dog fur imbedded in the carpet and milk on kitchen tiles Fridge and bin dirty and no coat hangers which is what is needed for an 8 day stay Once we vacuumed and cleaned the shower we felt more at ease Location great
